Hi, last week got my iphone 7 screen replaced at a cost of 13000, service centre agreed for a 9 months warranty, l 4 days after the screen replacement the home button seems to be coming out of the case.. Worried when i went back to the mathikere center where i had got it replaced.. The same engineer who repaired it, ignored it and said that it is impossible that the button is not fixed... And started screaming at me, so called up customer care who informed me that the warranty card will only be given tomorrow, do i have to keep running after these guys now, what would it take for the engineer to check the button again i am sure he has not fixed it properly, what can be done so these guys will stop treating there customers so badly..
