In my entire life first time i am knocking at your door and expecting a resolution.
I cracked my outer display and went to this repair center in bangalore (Bellandur branch), they fixed a duplicate display (To my knowledge). I went back to the same branch to check because images weren't clear. They denied. Spoke to there customer service team and went to hsr branch who said that i need to leave the phone with them and they will send to there ho. Finally after two weeks i got it back, not that satisfied with the display, but they said that is the best they can give. Did check what happened with the previous display to which they said previous display had""manufacturing defect""
Now when i got my phone back, the images are still pinkish and the most important part is that my battery is taking a day or two to get completely charged. I am sure they have done something with my battery now.
They asked me to sign a form which i did but i didn't know that again they have messed up with my phone. They have literally cheated me.
This phone is just 7 months old and given by my husband and is extremely dear to me as he isn't around.
I have tried speaking to the manager, named mr chandran who was shouting at me when asked more question, if managers are like this than obviously people under him would be pathetic
I need your help and support because now i to do running around for battery and waste my time.
Please take action and advise them to fix my issue so that in future no one gets harassed like this. Was this information helpful? |
I had given my Honor 9i for screen replacement SL No. JC1182. When I opened the sticker it is still broken. I paid 4200 and now you guys are not replacing it again. Nor I have recieved any refund
