An iphone 5s was given to Totoodo service on 23rd March and Rs 4000 was paid towards its service. The mobile has not been returned till date in working condition and the amount is not refunded. The service man says that the mobile cannot be fixed and does not refund the money that he has taken for its service. He means the amount for the software update against a normal bill of Rs 800 that is charged usually.

Updated by joanna123 The service was handled by Jayanagar 4th blk Totoodo service center. Mr. Gowda and two more service men were involved. the job card no is JC2322 3/25/2016. After 4 times visiting to the showroom and about 3 months, the mobile was returned but not in working condition.
