[Resolved]  Totoodo — Hardware error caused

bro, they cheated me too... never trust them, ...

ive had a similar experience.ni had given my lumia phone to fix the screen. they charged 8000 rupees and have returned the phonebinnterrible condition. no one is even picking my calls now. if they do, they just hang up while im talking.

Even I have been cheated by them. I gave my Sony Experia phone for change of screen. They took 2 days to replace it and when they returned it the mike was gone and the callers were not able to hear my voice. I returned it to them and they kept the phone for more than 10 days. They kept telling me that it will be delivered in the afternoon and in the evening every day. When I got frustrated and shouted at them they abused me and threatened not to give my phone back. Also, After 11 days when they returned the phone it was still not working. They delivered the phone to my home when I was in office and they are claiming that the phone was working when they delivered it.

I want to file a case against them in consumer court and I'm sure there will be a lot of people who would want to do the same. Every time I visit their store in Jayanagar 4th block I see at least 1 or 2 customers fighting with them for the same reason.

I think it's the issue with that Jayanagar 4th block branch.
