I placed an order for an LCD Glass on 26th Jan 2022. On 28th, the "Customer Support" representative asked me to Cancel the order, as stock is not available. After that, the status of the order is showing as "Cancellation Requested".
I am not able to reach out on their contact number ([protected]). It is oging to IVR and says "Please Hold" for HOURS! Tried writing to [protected]@touchlcdhouse.com and that email bounced with permanent error. No response to my messages on their "Contact Us" Page (https://www.touchlcdhouse.com/index.php?route=information/contact). Even worse, their Twitter link is pointing to @smartaddons which doesn't seem relevant. Was this information helpful? |
