Ordered an LCD on COD basis. They did not send the item for a long time saying that it was not in stock. I cancelled my order. But, i have not got the refund of the advance amount I paid for the COD order....

I paid for an old mobile phone housing and after harassing me for 10 days they said they don't have the item in stick and asked me to cancel the order.I did and they said money has been transferred to my wallet and I can transfer it to bank.I clicked on transfer and message popped up that 3% or something like that will be deducted abd the amount will reflect in my bank india 7-10 days.Till date no money has been transferred and its been a month now.I want a refund of my money and want to warn others not to buy anything from this fraud scammers located in Delhi.

HI Team,

This is regarding my order id 1049680. On 19th of January 2024 i ordered a battery for my samsung galaxy j1 4g. You guys then called me the next day stating that the battery isn't available and will be arranged and accordingly shipped out. I then receive a call on Sunday stating that you guys managed to get the new battery in stock and I need to pay an additional 201 rupees. I don't think that this is fair as it isn't my fault hence I'm asking you to either send me the product at the original price or refund me the money back.

I've purchased a battery from touchlcdhouse and paid online. They created the order and after a day asked me to pay more money as the new product was for a higher cost. I asked them to cancel my order which they did but they are not returning my money. Can we please look into this.

30 days back I want display ordered 1365 rupees but one week after call me 100500 re payment I am not payment return my amount told, but 25 days not return

MY MILKY WAY, Touch Lcd house is run by scammers and govt is not taking action even after so many complaints.
They are doing wrong business and not refunding customer's money....

They have given fake address for return. I used dtdc courier, even after 10+ day courier was not send to destination, then I contacted to courier, then from their website I known that this is scam, and touch lcd house not have office there,
Then I tried to contact them with given whatsapp number, I found that they are not responding. Also then i search for their scam on internet then I known that I felt under their scam.

I have ordered for samsung duos w259 cover on 17th August 2023, also paid online for the same 314rs.
I have canceled the order stating that, I have placed a wrong product order. And today is 24th Aug, still i have not received my refund. I have emailed them for 3 to 4 times but not a single reply from them. Then i have called for many times, they only say you will get your refund in 2hrs.
They are just fooling & harassing peoples, what they get by doing this types of frauds with peoples. Very shameless act by touchlcdhouse.

I have ordered #893825 for 2 poco f1 screen replacement combos for 2002 rupees after placing the order customer care executive called for me to pay extra amount this same thing happened with me earlier also. Canceled the order. Called customer care number of times for refund getting same response "today refund will be processed"

I ordered a mobile display with it's frame from their website which clearly said original on their website, but they sent me a cheap low quality display without including the frame in the parcel even though I had confirmed prior to my parcel being dispatched from them and they also confirmed that they had it in stock. After i recieved the item I called them and they started telling me that the frame wasn't in stock(they lied to me before). They had also put a different price on the website and after i ordered the product they called me after 4 days and told me that the website had some issue and the price somehow got changed and it was lower that what they had to offer, so then the guy on the phone asked me to pay extra 169 RS for me prepaid order again and i said ok. He sent me a Paytm link and i paid. Then they immediately dispatched the product. I asked them for a replacement on call and then they lied to me again saying that they'll arrange for a pick up on my location through their own courier service and then after 4 days of no updates i called them again and they were like the courier service wasn't available in my area and I'll have to send them the parcel myself via post. They keep lying to me. They also didn't update it on the website for 12 days straight that the item was delivered to me and i couldn't place a refund request on their website. They don't pick up the calls. Please help me get my refund for the same thankyou. This is disgusting behaviour

I have received damaged LCd house display combo no response from the team unable to return to company. I bought LCD screen for my old phone from Touchlcdhouse.com on 28 oct 2022 by paying online through Google pay. (order No 751368)

Product was not showing any progress for more than 4 days so I cancelled it.

I ordered a moto g5s plus combo folder (which is a touch + display of a the phone mentioned) on 24/08/2022 for Rs 1048. I got the part delivered to me on 03/092022. On 07/09/2022 I tried testing it. At first when I connected it with the phone and turned the phone on, it was running ok. I only turned the phone on for few seconds 30 or 40 seconds then turned it off. As it is working ok, so I decided to install it, so then I took out the back plastic and front screen cover plastic which didn't have any sort of information on them about warranty or anything else, they were simple plastic films. Then I again connected the screen and turned the mobile on and then proceeded to find the glue in my home to paste it. The screen was on for 1 to 2 minutes then. When I came back i saw it was having discolouration at specific points which with time growed and the screen started flickering. I turned it off and again turned it on, the same flickering was there. I decided to give it a wait for few minutes. So I turned the phone off and after five minutes turned it on. The screen was running ok again then after few minutes o[censored]sing it againg started flickering.
So on 7th of september night I decided to fill the replacement form of touchlcd house to replace the product. I had written them the problem of the screen, uploaded photos of the discolouration and flickering.
On 8th of september they told me a silly reason not to replace my screen. They told me as I had removed the plastics they won't replace it.
I proceeded to say them back that they are giving lame excuses not to return my screen.
After that they told me to upload clear images of the front side and back side of the screen.
I uploaded it.
Then they asked me to ship the screen to them with my own money on 09/09/2022.
I booked courier on the same day and on 10/09/2022 for Rs 112, the courier partner picked up the screen and delivered it on 15/09/2022 to them.

After that on 16/09/2022 they told me the same lame excuse that they won't replace it as the plastics were not there. Even after I send them the pictures on 08/09/2022 with no plastics on the screens, they told me to ship the screen but now they are telling that they won't replace it as the plastics were not there. Neither did they returned the screen nor did they replace it nor did they refund my money. They provided a faulty screen they should replace it, why should they bother about silly plastics on the screen which don't have any information on them(they were simple plastics.) What should the plastic matter if the entire screen is defective. How should have I installed the screen with the plastics on. If they are giving 30 days replacement policy they should know how their product is used by customers. Customers have to peel the plastics in order to install it. I spent a total of Rs 1048 on the screen + Rs 112 on shipping the screen.
They should replace the screen pay my shipment money or refund the total amount of 1160 to me.

I have placed the order on 30 th of July and done the payment by the same time itself.After 2 days as i haven't received any information I contacted the team and they haven't answered so within a couple of days I have requested for the cancellation.But till yet it hasn't get approved.Mean while i tried to contact them .Before 3 days when I phoned one of their customer executive said that it will refunded within 24 hours.But yet haven't received.Feels really awful . TOUCH LCD HOUSE is full of scammers.Dont believe it.
