Complaint marked as Resolved Finally Today I got my money back from them, ( Received email from them and a SMS of bank credit)
I had complaint them on number of places

Voxya mobile app ( First complaint on it on 10 Nov, no updates from Voxya)
I have messaged them on WhatsApp many times. which they weren't reading until day before yesterday, I saw blue tick.
I have sent email many times but some of my emails were not sending I don't know why.
I called them many times only one time I was able to talk on which she said call next day but next day they cut my call.
I don't know which method work but I am relived that I got my money back as I was getting very stressed.
Earlier I was confused because status on website was showing "not processed yet" but in update section it was written that its refunded. website is bit confusing but it worked within 2 day my problem was solved.
