i have purchased iphone 5s touch display from this website and product delivered to me in broken condition . I contacted them immediately about their product problem but they didn't reply.
On 17 september it was delivered and they replied me on 22 september said upload front and back image to review and its been 7 days they don't even seen that message nor they providing any information about product return . As they have described while purchasing .. When i ordered they called me on same day for confirmation of order .. But when product is faulty and i want to return they not providing any information now Was this information helpful? |
