I ordered a mobile display with it's frame from their website which clearly said original on their website, but they sent me a cheap low quality display without including the frame in the parcel even though I had confirmed prior to my parcel being dispatched from them and they also confirmed that they had it in stock. After i recieved the item I called them and they started telling me that the frame wasn't in stock(they lied to me before). They had also put a different price on the website and after i ordered the product they called me after 4 days and told me that the website had some issue and the price somehow got changed and it was lower that what they had to offer, so then the guy on the phone asked me to pay extra 169 RS for me prepaid order again and i said ok. He sent me a Paytm link and i paid. Then they immediately dispatched the product. I asked them for a replacement on call and then they lied to me again saying that they'll arrange for a pick up on my location through their own courier service and then after 4 days of no updates i called them again and they were like the courier service wasn't available in my area and I'll have to send them the parcel myself via post. They keep lying to me. They also didn't update it on the website for 12 days straight that the item was delivered to me and i couldn't place a refund request on their website. They don't pick up the calls. Please help me get my refund for the same thankyou. This is disgusting behaviour Was this information helpful? |
