I have ordered Gionee max LCD screen combo, they delivered defective product and I have asked them for replacement but they refuse to comments, then I have posted this issues on this forum, they immediately replied and asked me to return the same products for replacement, after receiving defective product they again started acting same old behaviours, I have wrote several mails to them in span of one month after couriered this defective product but only once they have replied that they are still working on it, looking at their deliberately avoiding this issues than I have requested them to refund my full amount as I have doubts that they might send same defective product in terms of replacement issue, this firm is 100% fraudulent Was this information helpful? |
