TPSL — amount debited but transaction failed

I paid 1299 rupees on the 10th of feb for riviera tickets through paytm upi, the payment was shown as successful on paytm and the amount was debited from my account however the transaction was shown as failed on the portal and i am as yet to receive any refund. I tried contacting paytm but the transaction was successful at their end and they asked me to contact the merchant.
