TPSL — Application fee refund related

Respected sir
I have paid the application fee of mahatma gandhi central university on 20 sept, 2021 through paytm(tpsl) to university website. The transaction was successfully deducted. But the university website show the failure of application fee. Kindly check this issue sir. Its a humble request to you sir please refund my money. Here i enclosed my proof of payment page.
