TPSL — Balance has been deducted from account but fee is not deposited yet.

I have paid 6123.77 rupees as the annual fee of my University, Aligarh via Amazon pay app. The transaction is successful but payment gateway is not showing successful transaction, the fee is still pending and is creating problem as my registration is not accepted until payment done. Please refund my balance as soon as possible because last date is near. Please.
