TPSL — Payment not received

I had done a transaction on 01/04/2016 for depositing money in a loan account from http://www.canfinhomes.com/ through net banking from kotak bank.I got payment gateway error from tpsl-india gateway error. Money was debited from my account but not received in loan account and neither refunded to my savings account.I request you to take the matter seriously as the amount is big and refund my amount.
