TPSL — Rs.1260.69 has been deducted from SBI Ac due to Problem in Payment Gateway

Dear Sir I have filled my sister NATA Form on 15.06.2015. Rs. 1260.69 has been deducted from my SBI Ac with Transaction No. POS[protected] .Amount has been deducted but form has not been filled. So, Please refund the amount in my account. I have filled the form with email Id [protected]@gmail.com . My mobile No. is [protected]. So please do needful in this regard.
