Tpslqr — I have mistakenly paid the electricity bill by two different payment app. So for one bill the amount was deducted twice . So want my one refund.

I made two payment using Google pay but both comes in payment processing. So I made my another transaction using paytm and it was a successful payment. After few minutes of it one of the payment which comes in processing in Google pay was also successful. So by this I made two payment for one electricity bill . I want my one refund. Please help me .
