I have made a payment on on 29 March 2022 of rs 460 by scanning QR code through gpay ..but it didn't receive to the electricity board (msedcl)

I had payed the mahavitaran electricity bill of 1760 by using Google Pay and QRcode of on electricity bill. Transaction was done successfully as per tpslqr but the bill was not paid to mahavitaran electricity board.So where have the previous transaction amount gone???. Please help and refund it to my Google Pay wallet or my bank account.

Sir today I paid my electricity bill on Google pay but before that I used tpsiqr in which I saw that my money is transferr to tpsiqr I can't understand how these is happened sir I request u that by mistake I paid in that account pls forgive me and give me money back in my account...

I have paid my electricity bill through Qr scanning of Google pay on 28th January 2022 and 1300/- rs has been debited from my account in the name of tpslqr but my electricity provider mahavitran didn't recieved any money. So please solve this issue or refund my money as soon as possible....

Sir I paid electricity bill by scanning qr code on electricity bill to tpslqr but after that also the bill is not get paid so after I again paid rs.230 to MSEDC mahavitaran by phone pay so I paid the bill 2 times so I want refund....

As per the Above Subject, Please Solve the problem regarding issue of bill amt Rs.2050 Deducted with Trans. Id No.[protected] On Dtd : 25.11.2021 From the Bank A/c, but not realized to the Biller. Hence, Requesting you to Solve the problem as early as possible....
