Tpslqr — Light bill paid but MSEDCL Not received the money money will deduct from my account

Sir I make a online transactions by Phonepe or electricity bill payment on the 18 December 2020 and the money will debit from my account and it is paid in the name of tpslqr but my electricity of msedcl will not filled & we couldn't reciew any message from msedcl. what can I do please check status otherwise please refund my money immediately.
