Trackon Couriers — [protected] courier lost | |||||
Please note that consignment number 330242 containing letter from doctor to support a medical claim of Rs. 13500 was sent from chapra to Gurgaon. The Trackon courier services said they have delivered it on 11 sept, Genpact mailroom staff has denied it. I asked Trackon courier to provide proof of deliver, they don't have it. It means they didn't deliver the parcel. My due date for submitting claim is 14 th SEP. I have approached Paramjeetji in Trackon couriers main branch, he was unable to provide my parcel. Please help.
