Assistance Required..

I am facing an issue with the Genpact onboarding process on my Laptop.The onboarding screen shows "Downloading is in progress", but it has been stuck at the same page for more than 24 hours without any progress.

I have kept the system powered on and connected to the internet, but the issue still persists. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue at the earliest so that I can complete the onboarding process.....

Ex employee 2008-2009 no UAN

After 9 months of back and forth with genpactretiral.. group they are just giving me a run around requesting documents which are from 17 years ago for issuing me a UAN so that I check my PF balance on the EPFO website. I forgot about the PF withdrawal or transfer when I left Genpact to pursue a carrier abroad. pf since dec 2009 to feb 2013_withdrawal issue_ multiple accounts

change in salary details

I had negotiation with Genpact HR for the Noida location on 19th Nov 2024 via Zoom link and as per the discussion they provide me certain compnsation breakup of around 13.5LPA including 10 % variable and 75K as Joining bonus plus 15 days hotel relocation and for the travel relocation (Flight) they will check and confirm. PF amount is not transferred

Hi,

I am ex-genpacter. I resigned from Genpact in JUL 2022 after completing 16 years of service.

Please note that I am yet to receive my PF corpus into my new PF account with the current organization. I have been following up the SGC team but they are not giving any satisfactory reply. It more than a year and still there is no clarity on the PF transfer.

FnF not released even after 45 days

I left Genpact due to mental harrassment from my manager, the company is still harrassing me even after I've left. It has been more than 45 days since my LWD and they have not released my full and final. Yes they are responding back to me in emails but they are quoting that fnf cannot be released as business approval is pending. I fail to understand what business approval is required to pay me my salary. I'm honestly sick and tired at this...

PF Withdrawal/Transfer

Am an ex employee of Genpact, have worked in Genpact for 13 years and have resigned in Jan 2023.

1) I was told earlier that I can go for PF withdrawal after 60 days post resignation (Source Image Attached)
2) Later in May 2023 have asked to raise a PF transfer request in EPFO Portal (Source Image Attached) and they reason they provided is that Genpact PF Trust is been migrated to EPFO in Feb 2023.
Not sure why...
