I received an sms from TIN that my PAN Card is processed and dispatched via Trackon courier on 19th December and will be delivered on due time.
On Dec 22nd, I checked the consignment AWB[protected] status on trackon website and it says out for delivery and the status has not changed since then.
I have tried to call the customer care for at least a 100 times but none of their numbers work[protected], [protected],[protected]
They have zero customer care reps and probably have negative intention and ownership of delivering the consignment. I barely found a complaint page in their website and lodged a complaint and got an sms that it will be resolved soon.
Few hours later i get a message that reads -
Hi Your Trackon AWB No.[protected] Consignee will self collect the consignment due to Shipment urgent.For Queries Contact [protected].
Who decides that i will collect the parcel myself and is a good 7 days not enough to deliver a courier in the same city where the parcel currently is available?
Why should i travel to an unknown office that is about 50 kms from my home to collect my consignment. There is zero provision to contact anyone. I mean the guys at trackon should probably rename to loosetrack as the company seems to barely care for their work and are doing good to loose track of customers parcels and consignment.
Worst to worst experience ever, and reading 1000’s of similar reviews i wonder why does Government of India engage such stupid and ridiculous vendors for delivery of pan card. Has Indian postal service retired or are other courier services dead in nation?
Disgusting, Appalling, Ridiculous and the list can just go on !!
I'm still waiting to get my courier which is probably smoking dust somewhere.
