Yesterday I received a call that I’ll receive order by evng, the same was not delivered, today when I called office they said delivery boy has picked order yesterday itself, n I haven’t received his call back nor he is picking my call

The pan card is not delivered and information submitted while tracking is false .

The card shows delivered to some other person.

Courier agent agrees that pan card lying in their warehouse for 20 days

Now it says that I have agreed to collect it from their office.

These are plain lies.

I have mailed, and called to all possible phone numbers and email addresses of trackon i could find on their site and google. i havent received any reply yet. Kindly help me get my claims. Total amount of contents is 6500 Rs and courier charges is 140rs. Receipts and claim letter already shared with trackon and with previous complaints on this consumer site.I AM AGAIN PUTTING UP THIS ISSUE AS THE COMPANY HAS NOT GIVEN MY CLAIM YET . MORE THAN 2 MONTHS NOW SINCE MISSING PARCEL. This is the 3rd time I am highlighting this issue on this platform, Hope trackon solves it at the earliest now .Thank you.

Material is not delivered at end location against Consignment # [protected] From Cochin to Adur. No update from trackon Adoor Hub and asking to file petition. which was not at all professional approach from a courier team and no one taking any responsibility to trace it out.

I was sent a sandisk company 64 gb (3.0) company to my sister Jyoti whose address A 38/4 RD 1 Konia Kazzakpura Varanasi
Pin-221007 on date 24 december 2020..In the time of delivery date 30 december 2020 box was empty.That's why she refused to take the parcel.I even know where my pendrive is missing..I'm in big trouble possible resolve my problem as soon as possible.

My name is Himanshu Bhatia. I delivered my hookah to a courier agency [The Professional Couriers] situated in Faridabad [NCR] @ NIT-5 location [Owner Name-Sanjay Bhati] on Dec-24'2020.

At the time of delivery I was charged extra money stating that package will be delivered within 24 hours of time.

Since then I was communicating with the agency to deliver the same & they were neither responding properly not behaving properly.

The package just got delivered to its destination on Dec-29'2020 into 4 pieces.

Reason for breakage is the courier agency delivered the package through bus & told the recipient to go to the bus stand and collect the package from there.

I received an sms from TIN that my PAN Card is processed and dispatched via Trackon courier on 19th December and will be delivered on due time.

On Dec 22nd, I checked the consignment AWB[protected] status on trackon website and it says out for delivery and the status has not changed since then.

I have tried to call the customer care for at least a 100 times but none of their numbers work[protected], [protected],...

Since 18/12/2020, Status Out for delivery .Don, t understand why???

Dear Consumer Complaints,

My Tracking/Consignment Number is[protected] and i have been trying to the contact the company representatives from from days, i have atleast called on 20 different numbers including the Customer Care number provided on the website. Sometime either they are picking up the call or completely ignoring it and have all the necessary relevent documents (evidence) to substantiate my claims as my product is stuck in their since 26th of December, as i need my specified product urgently, as of now i don't have much option left except seeking answers or justice, all i want is my consignment nothing else and i am really hoping that you guys will be able to help me in this difficult situation.
just for the record i tried calling local offices of Patna, Bihar multiples times but received no response, least i can say is that they are highly unprofessional and have no mannerism as how to talk to another person who is a complete stranger, let alone the conduct of this company and its employees with respect to talking to its customers.
But there is one exception, i was able to contact one person in boring road, patna office (contact no. [protected]) and he said he has not received the package at his office, so product is sitting in different office/warehouse in the same city but no one is bothered enough to deliver it to the customer as he might need it urgently but apart from all other methods failed miserbly.
i am having an apprehension that if dont contact you people, i will be not getting my product and i will be five pictures, out of which one pic if of tracking page the company and remaining 4 pics the call attempts made by me, for safety and security reasons i will blur the numbers and consignments number in the respective pictures.

Note : Before raising my complaint on this platform, i have gone through 100s of consumers complaints and requests that they haven't received their consignment (specially PAN CARD) or they are asking money like 50 rupees to deliver the product, for this i don't have to provide evidence .All you have to do is google search with right keyword or go through their Twitter Profile that's all.
at last i just want my product to be delivered !

I am registered for pan card and my pan card generated by nsdl and I get online print and also nsdl delivered my pan card through the trackon courier service on 10th December 2020. And my pan card received on trackon Courier at surat center on 14th December 2020. On 14th December 2020 my pan is for out for delivery as shown in trackon website but I am not received pan card yet.

Kindly deliver my pan card because I have needy at that time urgent.

Dear Team,
I have a Tracking ID- [protected].
This product handed over to Trackon Courier Team on 12th December 2020 but till now i didn't receive my parcel.

Even Trackon Ranchi, Jharkhand Team have denied to deliver my parcel in my address.
I have shared my city address to them so that they can deliver my parcel but still i didn't get my parcel yet now.

A very important document of mine is coming through trackon courier AWB[protected] but they don't deliver it and call me to took my courier from jaipur jhotwara branch but for some reason I late to took my item but after that when I reach their they didn't reply me clearly they told my courier has sent back to jaipur headoffice branch and I have to took my courier from their
So because their irresponsible behavior i face many difficulties i want my courier delivered at my home as soon as possible

I am waiting since 3rd december since it received at my nearest hub and now they saying address not found, iam trying to contact them at aver number possible but all the numbers are either busy or off i dont know what kind of 3rd grade courier service is this.

I sended on courier on 22.12.2020.from meerut to delhi.meerut to delhi courier delivery time is 24 to 36 hours.but still my courier has not deliver.my courier track I'd is [protected].plz deliver this courier.my contact no is [protected].waitng for you reply

My nsdl parcel.airway bill number[protected] can't be found in the tracker.Nsdl cant give wrong AWB tracking number .
