Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Trackon is worst courier service possible. It's been 5 days and no delivery of stuff, company doesn't listens to complain and keeps on ignoring. Also they delivered the product to unknown person without his sign and phone number. Not at all recommended don't do any of the courier with this company who's service is 3rd grade. Also the shop can't track the courier and tells us to do whatever to company no help at all...

my parasol came on 22 may in madanapalle but they put with them up to now. When I called them to give the parsol HR manager said we can not deliver.
very rude behaviour and service are very bad. They didnt deliver the personal in fact return my parcel from same city.

I requested the parcel to deliver to peth vadgaon, dist kolhapeu and tal hatkangale.

I have beed told that it wiil go to hatkangale and then to peth vadgaon.
I have mistakenly put pin as 426416 which is actually 416112.

But entire address is ok, which could be delivered by any unkown person.

I have dispatched my order on 24th may, 2018 from hissar to noida
It is reached at noida on 28th may.
From last 2 days it is still there and not delivered to the mentioned address. Courier man says "size of your parcel is large that is why it is not delivered yet"

Means large parcel are not delivered on time by trackon couriers??...

From vijayawada, andhra pradesh trackon classic agency docket number [protected] dated 24th may 2018 to cochin-kerala state but today is 30th may 2018 for the name of rohit pant

But still is not delivered the same. I am followup with mr sriniwas classic agency head, mr mohan, regional vijayawada and chennai head mr siraj and delivery office incharge mr azad from 29th may but still no response...

On 07.05.2018 we booked one courier vide [protected] from sector 4 market, gurgaon for a gurgaon destination only which was showing as 'returned" on 08.05.2018. Booked Courier vide No.[protected] on 07.05.2018 for a Gurgaon Destination. But status confirms Returned as on 08.05.2018. But despite our repeated calls to the Gurgaon Hub as well the shop in Sector 4 from where we booked the courier, they failed to deliver our courier back to us, even by 29.07.2018. My courier was booked from gurgaon to jaipur on 23/05/2018. It was received in jaipur on 24/05/2018. It was not updated online, i called in your jaipur trackon office firstly call was not connected and when call was connected, it was not received and once a female employee picked my call and told me that my courier was delivered by 25/05/2018, again i called on 25/05/2018, she told me that it was delivered today but i did not receive my courier...

Very important document was booked through trackon couriers for assam power distribution company limited vide docket number [protected] dated[protected], but unfortunately, till time the shipment has not been delivered to the addressee.

I am tracking the consignment since 21-May-2018, but no one is responding against the tracking no. [protected] booked on 17-May-2018. I was informed that same would be delivered by 19-May-2018.

I really find issue in Trackon courier, if no one is responsible to atleast update the status.

I was to receive a courier with docket number [protected] dated 15/05/2018 the very next day in mumbai..but till date i.e. 21/05/2018 I have not received my courier nor their phone lines are working neither the complaint and query feature on website is working..such a poor customer service and delivery....

Trackon service is the worst service i have seen so far, my courier reached hyderabad and they are not ready to deliver my courier to the concerned address and the customer service is too damn they are just not ready to help me out. Now i want my complete money back with medicine price because now i have purchased that medicine.
