This is one of the worse services i have come across... Such a bad expirience...
My parcel was disptched on 7 june nd it reached my citu on 13 june. Today it is 19 june and i have not got my parcel yet. The package is in my city but they have not delivered me yet. I filed a complaint and they called me and they stated me that they tried calling me and i didnt receive which is a absolute lie because i have nevsr swtiched off my phone once as it is my regular number and i have been recieving callss daily... This implied that they wede lieing. When i asked then to deliver me the day itself they denied on my fad amd talked very rudely. They said they will deliver it the next day but they havent delivered yet and when i am calling their service number they are not picking up my cal since morning... Disgusting service... If you cannot mannage then discard it... Who will pay for my loss as they have delayed my parcel which i ordered for eid and eid has already gone

We are noida based company. We have sent a consignment on 13 june 2018 through trackon courier from noida to the below address:

Dr. Sadanand row house e5/11, sun empire phase-i, singhad road, near sun city, wadgon bk, pune-51,

There were powerbanks but now 6 powerbanks cost 10000/- are missing from the packet and box is opened.

Please find the attached picture of box and courier slip.
Kindly take strict action against this and provide us our material back or reimbursement.

My consiment is showing on webiste that recived at bhadrak trackon with employee mob no but there is emoloyee saying that this is not mob no of trackon curior service & after that i was go to on branch to inquiry about my consinment that i find that the there is no recive product on trackon branch.
Product delivery service is soo late of this company

It's been 5 days my order has not been delivered yet. Whenever i call, they say that delivery boy has left and you will get your parcel soon. It's really annoying when every day you get to listen to same words but no action is taken. They either repeat the message or they will put your call on hold.

The service is really horrible.

These kinds of negligence is really intolerable as the consignment can have valuable things. Delaying the consignment can have an adverse effect on one's mind.

It would be really appreciable if someone can look into the matter and try to deliver my consignment asap.

I send a material tracking number [protected] to darjeeling with 4 packets amd two packets reached siliguri woth damaged amd two packets got lost. Now my party is also not taking a material. Whi will pay me the loss of my material now. Track on people are ignoring us. Nobody is helping us. They are saying the one who is responsible go and find them and ask them to pay u. I returned a consignment to
"guruji trading company, kharra no. 16/10, gail no. 7, swaroop nagar extn.
Delhi - 110042" on 5 june 2018 from kishanganj - 855107 vide track on no. [protected] through trackon couriers.
Since 9 june 2018, only the same information about the consignment is shown "out for delivery" when the consignment is tracked.
Amazon.com says that it cannot start the process of replacing the product or refunding it's cost until the consignment is delivered to the company whose address is mentioned above.
Customer service, amazon has also advised me to a certificate from trackon couriers if it says that the consignment has been delivered.
Please do something to update the information about the delivery of the consignment or to issue me a certificate regarding it so that amazon.com may refund me the money or replace the product.

Urgent shipment from mumbai to hyderabad (Flight) was done on 12.06.2018.
On 13.06.2018 00:51, shipment has reached hyderabad hub.

Hyderabad track on is not delivering the package since then.

Its been complete 3 days today that shipment is lying in hyderabad. 13th, 14th and 15th is almost complete and they are unable to deliver the package.

We have been given a number [protected] - it belongs to umesh as per true caller. This guy is pathetic and always ask us to call on landline which is always busy. You can try calling on hyderabad landline number that is [protected]/05.

After spending a lot of effort we found attapur hyderabad landline number, where it was informed that delivery will take place on 15th. Today again we called the same number and information was provided that delivery might take place tomorrow that is 16th june 2018.

In short there is escalation matrix and person responsible on website doesnt response or cut the calls.

Please help!

I (Sukant goel) have made a courier from lohia nagar ghaziabad office on 5th june, 2018 to indiranagar bangaluru.
My parcel is of 3.5kg and they charged me 420 rupees for that.

And they told me that parcel will be delivered after two days.
Today is 14th june, 2018 and i don't know where my courier is.
I already made complaint on 11th june but no reply from trackon.
Very bad delivery service
Poor customer service as i already made 5-6 visits at ghaziabad office, no feedback about my courier and complaint
Trackon courier service customer care no.[protected] is also no one is picking the call.
Tell me what should i do

I am following up from customer care from last one month but every time they confirm please wait for two-three days, our operation team searching parcel.

In parcel we sent 15 approved sample of sweaters which cost around usd 100 each, total cost usd 1500.

One item with W/B No. [protected] was booked from Mumbai for Aishwarya Ranjith New Delhi on 05 Jun 18 and was shown received at Trackon courier hub Naraina Industrial Area PH 1 New Delhi -110028 on 04 Jun 18.

However another W/B No. [protected] which was booked from Mumbai on 03 Jun18 and received at Delhi on 04 Jun 18.Both W/B No. s have been clubbed with my item and my item has also been shown as delivered on 04 Jun 18.

I have not received my item and neither I got any call from the courier company on the delivery of my item.

I have sent my parcel on 05.06.2018 from noida to delhi. But today is 12.06.18 and still parcel not delivered from ncr to delhi. They written incomplete address. But we are giving complete address and also gave ph no. But they didnt respond for this and didnt call us. Tracking no is [protected] and not received calls.

I had a very important document couriered from your courier company in allahabad katra office to an address in bangalore. I have been tracking it for days now. It had reached bangalore the very next day but hasn't still been delivered. The customer service is very poor. I have gone a number of times to the katra office they are unable to help. And the bangalore number of the lady who is supposed to have it delivered is never answered unless called constantly more than ten times.

My corr no [protected] had send to bhagalpur on 31st may 2018, but still not delivered, i had called more then 15 times time at bhagalpur to mr. Manoj, mr. Vinay sinha, but no body give proper answer, and he had given delivery boy no [protected], his phone is some time busy or he never pick-up phone, it is very strange, some body send parcel from your valuable corr service, and never except this type of responsibility,
I have office in mumbai and we are sending hundred of corr every day but this type of attitude and responsibility never seen,
Only i can say please looking this matter and try to do better service, and ask your department why this type of working attitude,

Trackon couriers is fake company. Doesn't deliver the parcels at all. None of them attends the call to log a complaints. Complaints hyperlink doesn't work on their website.

Tired of calling all the below numbers from past 10 days.

My manufacturer booked 30 kgs of medicines from dehradun to chennai on 9th june.
The normal cost would be rs.90 per kg for air courier whereas they charged me rs.5700/-. There is no proper computerized invoice and they give only a manual bill often and this time too.
They always add 20%-30% and a maximum of 50% more while weighing the boxes.
They also ask us to pay by cash and avoiding cheque.

Looting the public and cheating the government with out gst.
Please avoid or rather stop this courier.

I have strictly instructed my manufacturers not to send by this day time robbers...
