The courier guys doesn't have sense to talk. I am waiting for my courier from 12/05/2018 and he is very irresponsible and shouting on me when i called him.

I am complaining regarding the parcel which has been dispatched from Mumbai on 7th of May to Ludhiana at Model Town address. Till now the status is showing that it is lying the Ludhiana office and the staff is saying my parcel is delivered. When I am asking them Proof of Delivery they are shrinking away from the real issue.

I had a consignment for delivery to bangalore which was promised to be delivered next day, but even after 5 days the consignment has not reached. It had important medicines which were required urgently. When i called customer care they told me it is stuck in delhi and reason is not known to them.

I would not recommend them to anyone, very poor service and unprofessional behaviour.

Trackon is one of the pathetic courier services in india. They are fraud and scam people. They are unable to deliver the courier on time. The employees, even the manager is so rude. One of the mnagers is arunima, they do not have manners to talk to the customer. They give the wrong information and they did not have evidence to track the courier. It is a worst service. They do not deliver the stuff on time. They are helpless and have poor service. They never pick ur call and you have to go as per their rules.

My courier arrived in baddi himachal pradesh and it didn't get delivered for 2 days after arriving. Finally i had to go and then there was this guy 'sudhir chaudhary branch manager' who told me 'ap jaante ho ap kis se baat kar re ho' and me being a doctor had no answer as the guy clearly is bigger and better than me. And this came to a response of who's responsible if the courier goes missing for which he said ' miss hua?'
This is the most pathetic experience i've ever had as a customer.
Isn't track on a good courier company? Well that's what i've heard but somehow you had to appoint low life villagers who have 0 sense of talking or taking responsibilities even when it's their mistake.
Way to get your customer rating low and encouraging customers who ll never get into business with you. ðŸ‘

A courier was shipped from.delhi to.Gurgaon on 5th May. It is the 11th today, and I still haven't received it. There is no response on any of the customer care numbers, I have called them more than 20 times since yesterday and of course they don't respond to emails!!! I also run a business and I have never seen this level o[censored]nprofessional work

But i m very sorry to say that still i am not receiving my consignment.
What a bad and poor service by ur courier.
Further i can't book my consignment and also tell our company don't my consignment on trackon.
If i book other courier, i will get with in 3 to 4days.
But it was too late and avery very poor service by ur courier.

I am waiting for a courier from delhi at my address in gurgaon. I have never seen such shameless staff of any courier company, who have been trained to lie and take customers for granted. I feel like going to consumer court for such a mental harassment..

Trying to find our trackon owners and then show them their service standards.. What a waste of time with trackon

I have been told that the order will reach on friday i. E 4may and now they told it will go on monday directly. Worst experience ever..

Several times i dialled your franchisee's number karnal-[protected] (Given in online tracking query) but always it is unanswered. Your company is well renowned in courier business but such a irresponsible attitude is not suitable for your company. Karnal is just 125km from delhi and courier reached in karnal on 03/05/2018 but is not delivered till 6.00pm on 04/05/2018.

Rest is all upon you.

As per online tracking update the corurie reached on 25 apr 2018 at hubsiguda hub, and out for delivery (MAN NO.[protected] but the courier not deliver to the main adress.

I had place courier from jaipur to mumbai on 26 apr 10 am & paid rs 210 as urgent charges for delivery within 24 hrs. Whereas courier delivered on 28 apr evening 6 pm.. I[censored] see consignment details on website of trackon courier, commitment was 1 day/24 hrs delivery. If actually delivery timelines were 3 days, then what are premium charges for? Its fraud company with fraud commitment.
It was a urgent medicine required for patient & courier agency charged 3 times money for urgent delivery. They said normal delivery charges are rs 80 & time is 3 days, if its urgent then within 24 hrs we will deliver with 3 times charges.
I have filed consumer court complaint for wrong commitment & forge information on website.
It was urgent medicine
They play with customer's requirements.

I have given material for courier to navi mumbai for urgent basis on 25th april 2018 at madhu vihar market, a-27 street but they haven't provided me slip on that time and assured they will give me later on whatsapp or mail.
