My courier arrived in baddi himachal pradesh and it didn't get delivered for 2 days after arriving. Finally i had to go and then there was this guy 'sudhir chaudhary branch manager' who told me 'ap jaante ho ap kis se baat kar re ho' and me being a doctor had no answer as the guy clearly is bigger and better than me. And this came to a response of who's responsible if the courier goes missing for which he said ' miss hua?'
This is the most pathetic experience i've ever had as a customer.
Isn't track on a good courier company? Well that's what i've heard but somehow you had to appoint low life villagers who have 0 sense of talking or taking responsibilities even when it's their mistake.
Way to get your customer rating low and encouraging customers who ll never get into business with you. 👏

It always shows HOLD WITH SALE TAX.

    A courier was shipped from.delhi to.Gurgaon on 5th May. It is the 11th today, and I still haven't received it. There is no response on any of the customer care numbers, I have called them more than 20 times since yesterday and of course they don't respond to emails!!! I also run a business and I have never seen this level o[censored]nprofessional work

      Our party m/s. Accurate machines booked one machine part from baroda to delhi (At athens life sciences a-33, national market peeragarhi delhi-87) by air against docket no.[protected] dated 07.05.2018 still we have not received the courier.

      When we trace the courier trackon gurgaon said that this courier out for delivery at gurgaon but our parcel for delhi only.

      Kindly clear the route...

      Its been more than a week my couier is shipped and dispatched to bommansandra(Bangalore) Courier office, still i didn't received my couier and nobody response, even customer service is utter waste. i'm tring to contact them from many days its just waste my time and energy.
      Even i tried to go there and pick the courier personally and there is no such office in given address.

        What a bad and poor service by ur courier.

            Trying to find our trackon owners and then show them their service standards.. What a waste of time with trackon

              I have been told that the order will reach on friday i. E 4may and now they told it will go on monday directly. Worst experience ever..

                  A courier booked from delhi on 02/05/2018 to karnal (Haryana) bearing pod no. [protected] but still on 04/05/2018 i m waiting for the delivery. Several times i dialled your franchisee's number karnal-[protected] (Given in online tracking query) but always it is unanswered. Your company is well renowned in courier business but such a irresponsible attitude is not suitable for your company. Karnal is just 125km from delhi and courier reached in karnal on 03/05/2018 but is not delivered till 6.00pm on 04/05/2018.

                      I had place courier from jaipur to mumbai on 26 apr 10 am & paid rs 210 as urgent charges for delivery within 24 hrs. Whereas courier delivered on 28 apr evening 6 pm.. I[censored] see consignment details on website of trackon courier, commitment was 1 day/24 hrs delivery. If actually delivery timelines were 3 days, then what are premium charges for? Its fraud company with fraud commitment.
                      It was a urgent medicine required for patient & courier agency charged 3 times money for urgent delivery. They said normal delivery charges are rs 80 & time is 3 days, if its urgent then within 24 hrs we will deliver with 3 times charges.
                      I have filed consumer court complaint for wrong commitment & forge information on website.
                      It was urgent medicine

                                    As per the online status, which was punched at kochi and thiruvalla. Not punched at alleppey branch. It was returned from thiruvalla. (Marked as address not found. I don't know, they can marked this types remarks, without punching @ alleppey branch. I am a regular customer of trackon. Several times alleppey branch deliver items in the same address

                                      I have booked my courier on dt 16/04/2018 by primetrack courier from kanpur to bangalore and the status shown on on net sent for delivery on dt 19/04/2018 10:19 am but courier is not received by customer till 20/04/2018 at 5:55 pm when contacted from courier boy who is assign for delivery said that he will not deliver the courier today in a very bad manner. Sir,
                                      Delay in delivery of my courier is painful to me and will face some big loss which is expecting from your big courier company.
