I was supposed to receive a courier from trackon Services kolkata
Courier ID-[protected]. The courier came to Garia P.O which is near my house and the delivery was supposed to happen. But nothing happened and on calling back a bloody idiot and stupid person Mr Rana M.No-[protected] picked up and gave lame excuses and lied to me that the delivery boy couldnt find the address. The courier packet had my phone no on it and they not even bothered to call me once. The packet was returned to the regional office in kolkata which is far away from my house and I had to personally collect it from there on my own expenses. Leave behind the expenses the trackon regional management office people in kolkata are so dumb and irresponsible that they almost mishandled my packet. I would definitely recommend a big No to trackon couriers and would never ever use their services again.

On 01 st March I have sent a courier(Docket Number-[protected]) for Durgapur.But the courier does not dispatched.I have contacted TRACKON offices many times by different phone numbers;no one give me the details of that courier.The address of that courier mentioned below:

We had booked 6 parcels from trackon courier with tracking id [protected] on saturday 18 feb from ajmer office (Gautam enterprises) who confirmed us that the article will be delivered by 25feb. But he putted the consignment in transit on monday 20feb. Also after 21feb there was no update of the consignment neither on site nor to the trackon agent till 28feb. On 25 feb when we asked them for the parcel they said that it has reached hyderabad and will be delivered same day. Still till monday there was no update of the article & hyderabad agent was saying that articles has not been reached there yet. There was a function at customer's home for which this order was placed & due to this his value among his relatives & our value among our customers has gone down. Then on 27feb we got a new update from gautam enterprises that article has got engaged in sales tax (Parcel was with invoice) & can't say when it will get out (It was simply fraud update to us). Finally on 28feb morning we got update that article has reached hyderabad & delivery attempt was made at around 3pm but now the customer refused to accept the parcel as the purpose for which he ordered the item has failed. All credit goes to trackon. We have recording of all calls we have made to gautam enterprises & to hyderabad head office. I don't know who is lying & even don't want to know. I want my consignment return & the loss to be beared by trackon only. It's about to complete a month and we have not received our item back and they commit the delivery in 7 days.
Now i want consumer forum to get engage in issue & help us as they have cheated us.

On 03/03/2017 In your Vikas puri, nd 110018 branch a Lady named "Neelam Communication Contact no [protected]" talk abusively/rudly using unofficial language while i call on above given no to tracking my courier Tracking no. [protected], that is very urgent for our organizational which is reached in our area range one day before. On 02/02/2017 called for track my courier she told some one passed away so please call me tomorrow. while i called today she start speaking why are u calling me again and again, boy will give himself or you have to pick up from my office to call me. I Request to the concerned department to take action against this branch and it's working lady so that no one next do in future this kind of behave that harm organization by losing trust/revenue of customers

One parcel with track id [protected] is seen as delivered at your kasargod centre in 24.02.17, but didn't deliver at the address till date even after 10days. While booking online purchase through Peachmode I have clearly mentioned the pincode as 671531 and already made payment in full including shipping charges. So if you are accepting the contract of delivery from the company, it is your duty to deliver it at the address given or you shouldn't have to accept the contract.

It was sad to find that the person who receives call enquiry at Trackon courier services, bangalore was very rude and non co-operative.
I was expecting a courier sent to Bangalore from Patna on 2nd feb 2017. When I checked the status online I found that it already reached my locality on 8th feb 2017. Since after 2 days also I didn't receive the package so, I called on this no: [protected] on 10th Feb 2017 to check if there was some issue or by when should I be expecting the package. The staff member who received the call was very rude and not willing to listen to the query. He was just trying to avoid the call and not able to provide any information about the package. He was not willing to even note down the docket no. He insisted to cutting the call. As such, I still have no clue about the package. This is very unprofessional behavior. I called 2-3 times but the guy just avoided the query and was of no help. He was not willing to help at all. He didn't even reveal his name for the fear of getting complaint. As a customer, I would want my queries dealt with not just avoided. I would not prefer Trackon couriers in future. And I really hope this reaches to the concerned people at Trackon and they are able to fix this problem.

Courrier Parcel submited on 27th Evening is pending for delivery till 01 feb 2017 via docket [protected]

Consignment was to be delivered from Asansol to Kolkata.
General delivery happens the next day as per the companies Representative confirmation many a time.

This is the reason people are losing hope in using Trackon courrier.
This consignment contained very very important documents related to monthly financial transaction and also the data that maintains the monthly performance report .

I cannot explain the kind of humiliation me and my company has to go through due to such an careless behaviour of the courier company.
Eventually we are at a big financial loss because the delivery couldn't take place . It is now 5 days and still nobody cared after several follow ups.

Need compensation for the loss that has incurred due to the companies unethical behaviour.

I promise not use there service anymore and will make sure people in my knowledge doesn't use the same also.

THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Delivery boys are very rude, they way they are talking is very very bad.
They will not give any update my Courier.

I had sent a request for your company to retrieve a package for me from Chennai and deliver it to Lucknow. I had also asked for extra bubble wrapping. The package I received was in damaged condition. No bubble wrap seen and holes in the box in which the item was placed. Now these were high quality speakers which have been damaged by the negligence of your workers. Could you please contact me to further discuss this?

I sent the parcel with docket number- [protected] from trackon branch At laxmi nagar delhi to Agra (U.p.) on 21/01/2017. Parcel includes some important document and some valuable things. I was tracking my parcel daily but it was displaying that parcel has been returend to the branch office as the adress was in-correct and connection could not be established over the phone.
Now today i went to collect my courier and when i opened my package i was surprised as all things were missing and only blank paper was there.
Now despite of calling several times i m not able to contcat you guys and the owner of the laxmi nagar branch is saying we cannot do anything.

I want my things back on priroity and would also like to file a case in consumer form for the mis-conduct

My courier didnt reached to bengaluru..inspite of 22 days ...there is no updates about it ..no money is reacting to my complain..i need the courier..

The worst service ever received from a courier company. Track on Couriers Pvt. Ltd. is the worst courier company that one can opt for. I needed to get a package delivered in 2 days due to urgency and so I opted for a private service rather going for Gov. services. The package was delivered in 10 DAYS. The prime factor of the courier was already lapsed. need to strike hard to this fake promising company. The official instead said the address was wrong and on delivery we found the address to be perfectly alright.

I was supposed to receive my parcel (tracking ref. [protected]) in Bengaluru which was shipped from Delhi on 10th January 2017 and till date I have no clue about where it is. After calling the customer care (you need to be extremely lucky to get your call connected) everyday for 6 days, they finally agreed that they have misplaced my consignment and will call me once they find it. Its been 15 days and I have no clue about my parcel. They have the worst customer care with people misguiding the customers and not knowing anything about your consignment. Please dont use this company if you dont want to loose your valuable items.

A parcel which was dispatched from narwana (Haryana) to noida (Uttar pradesh) on 3rd jan with the tracking id [protected] was supposed to be delivered to be on 4th or 5th. My name is Nisha Yaduvanshi. I am from Udaipur Rajasthan, currently living in Pune Maharashtra.

My elder sister, Bhanu Priya Tamboli sent me a parcel on 27th December, 2016. When I didn't receive parcel even after 3 days, I call Udaipur DTDC office (Mr. Sunil Rawat -[protected]) and they told me that entire bag has been sent to Delhi by mistake and the parcel will take 2 more days to reach me. Even after waiting for 5 more days when it didn't come, I tried enquiring again but that person was not at all cooperative and was talking so rudely, and even cut my call in between.

Without informing me or my sister that parcel again came to Udaipur on 6th January, 2017 and my sister received a call to pick that parcel from DTDC office. and on asking why it didn't been sent to Pune, they replied that my sister has given a wrong address and there is no place in Pune named Hinjewadi. Infact the place is quite famous, the address is "Symbiosis Infotech Campus, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase -1, Hinjewadi, Pune -411057". Just go to Google and search the place, you will easily find it, and even If the address was wrong they could have called either sender or receiver, but they didn't.

Parcel was weighing 2.2 kgs and it was containing, food items which was already gone bad by the time it reached Udaipur again. It costed 275 to send that parcel and it was containing stuff of more than 500 Rs. When my sister asked for money, person at DTDC office behave so rudely and even didn't return the money.

On behaving so rudely with my sister, she came without even taking the parcel, as entire thing was gone bad and parcel was crushed.

I want compensation for the same. The shopkeeper denied even money given to sent parcel. It was your fault not mine, and If I didn't get compensation I will go to consumer court.

I request you to kindly have a look at this case and respond asap.

My courier was suppose to reach to me within 7 days (ie 23 December 2016). I ordered some important medicines from "Munnar Spices" on 16th December 2016 and they couriered it on the same day.

I was told that the courier will reach to me within 7 days. When I did not receive my courier after 11 days, I called up the "Trackon Courier" Hyderabad number[protected]/ 13) on Tuesday, 27 December 2016. Trackon mentioned that the address is incomplete and they have put the courier on hold. I gave them the address. Trackon mentioned that they will deliver the parcel next day given the urgency as my parcel contains medicine that I needed urgently. I also checked with "Munnar Spices" if they forgot to mention my complete address but they mentioned that they have provided.

28th December 2016, I waited for my parcel and nothing got delivered. I called Trackon next day to know the status and they mentioned once again incomplete address! I told them on Tuesday (27th December, 2016) I have again given the delivery address and they asked me to drop an email to their customer service ([protected]@trackoncourier.com). I did the same thing again and they mentioned that the parcel will not be delivered and they have put it on return. They gave me multiple numbers - Chennai regional office, Hyderabad offices and even the delivery boy's wrong number. When I complained to one of the Hyderabad office, the lady on the other side told me that "Your parcel is not the only issue. I have other issues to deal with" and she hung up the call. I called another number and told them my story and the lady asked me to wait, she put my phone on hold and the hung up.

The courier company did not responded to me well and did not even attempted to deliver my courier. I called them numerous times and checked with them that my parcel is not delivered. I also requested them if the parcel is still in Hyderabad then please put it on hold and I can collect it from their office. One of their employee told me that the delivery boy is stupid and lazy and he did not deliver the parcel! I am totally upset with this unprofessional behavior. I had to call numerous numbers, regional and delivery boy's numbers but no one helped me.

I would like a refund of 180 rupees and also I spent 3 days calling Trackon company and they just asked me to call different numbers to check the status of my courier. I went though mental harassment and almost spent 200 rupees calling their customer numbers (and they do not have any toll free numbers). These 3 days I was working in office and could not work properly on my projects. I not only want refund of the courier cost and mobile bill spent but also 3 day wage compensation that I earn per day (2000 per day).

Delivery boys are very rude, they way they are talking is very very bad.
They will call only one time, If we are busy or unable to get that.
They will not give any update and simply return the Courier.

I got call from "[protected]", he is not telling his office address, and he is not coming in to my office. How I will collect my Courier.

I will never refer Trackon in my life, and sure I will never refer my friends n Family and in office..
My experience is more than worst. Please don't go for this.

My docket no. Is [protected] . As my courier is prepaid courier but the courier people o[censored]r company charges extra 170 for delivery ... as they said their is 14% taxes on the product.. but the cost I paid is 650 as their is no bill present in the box than how can u people coated it's Mrp .. as when I want the sale tax receipt they give me some cash memo receipt ..is u want I send to u .. matter is not a money . But ur people are making fool to the clients as taking extra money for it ...
