Its branch area azad nagar in delhi but my parcel booked from trackon courier frenchieese name is trackon (P. K. Courier).. Authorised person mr. Pardeep kumar his number is +[protected].. He is fake person totally.. My delaer is also a fraud.. Pardeep nd my dealer both plying game with customer like us.. Yesterday 16th of june he booked parcel.. He gave me slip after 12hours i m checking online my status shows consigment not found my docket no. Is [protected]. Mr. Pradeep gave slip without parcel.

I am very disappointed to share you this that your services are worst, shameless in the world. Material was booked on 26/05/2016 by docket no[protected] after the completion of 15 days still the material is undelivered. Even the material reached in the destination your service girl has call me on 08/06 by phone no - [protected] but just you see the seriousness of the work still the material is undelivered. it is another thing that that material will be deliver or not but now i will go to the court definitely. Now its time to see your seriousness for work.

I gave my package for courier from faridabad to kolkata on 21st of may 2016, its been 10 days, and my my package has not been delivered at the destination. I called this courier cust care delhi like zillion time, most of the time they dont ans, whenver they does they gave me this stale reply that till today they will b delivering it or will give me information abt it, but they fail to keep ther word evry time. Whenevr i am calling ther kolkatta office, they are replying that they have not recived the package yet.. I am so confused, everybody from trackon courier pvt limited giving me different information. Even their website which is trackoncourier.Com showing that it has reached kolkata... I want make package to be delivered at the destination and if this courier company lost it than i want full refund as per the value which is[protected]rs.

It has been 16 days, my father sent a package from hyderabad, dated 4th of may 2016 with consignment no.:[protected], and not even a single call i have from the company. When i tracked my courier, it shows it has been delivered to gurgaon 4 days from the day of booking. I have to call the company, ask for my courier and need to collect it. But they answer my call and ask to call another person, saying he is in charge of those. I call the office directly, they don't pick the call.Then why the hell on earth you give your unanswered mobile numbers to the customer and in google. I wonder if they are using some ravens to communicate! Or they are in falling in short of mobile balance.

If you don't want to update the customer or do not want to give their courier to them, just stop your business and start a "panipuri" dabba, you neither need to call your customer nor you need to go to them.

Please be informed when contacted mulund (East)-[protected] to know the reason for package returning to branch the person on the phone used abusive language.

The courier was received back on 7th and the reason is yet not known.
Also i was not informed about the same till i inquired yesterday that is on 11/05/2016. Please let me know why was it not communicated to me immediately.

When checked i was informed that the courier was returned with with reason "out of service area", please let me know if you do not have any service in that area you should have not accepted the courier in first place.
When asked why was the courier accepted in first place was asked to contact booking office which is not acceptable as the liability and responsibility is still with the courier company and not the booking agent.

Refer my AWB no[protected] a courier containing a saree was courier on 20 apr 16 and the same reached gangtok (destination station) on 24 apr 16 .

however the item has since not been delivered to the adressee . since last 17 days have passed, your local dealer have neither contacted nor delivered the parcel to the addressee.

the mobile no of your gangtok dealer, as provided on yout site is not answering any calls and neither he calls back seeing missed call.

this is a very irresponsible service by you .

Despite repeated E mails and calls to your customer care centre, no action is initiated . Instead your executives are giving false confirmation of delivery . nobody is contacting me or the addressee.

Docket no.[protected] dated 14-apr-2016. Trackon courier company. Parcel is misplaced in chennai hub / head office. After a so many phone calls and email communication with trackon courier company head office, they are not replying my email. Communication had been done from last 15 days. But no response. I want my item cost + courier charges from trackon courier company. Awaiting favourable and positive reply. Thanks.

I send a courier through tackon pvt. ltd. from indore (vijay nagar) to bangalore on 29th april with the courier no.[protected]
It contains some important original documents worth rs. 15000/-
The courier guy told me that you can send through normal courier and it will reach by monday but till today 7th may it is yet to reach
I went to the courier shop again and inquired but he didn't had any idea and instead he blamed me to send through normal courier even though it was his idea.
Now i have lost the courier and the guy is simply denying to help further
I just want to raise a complaint as it is really pathetic service that these courier guys are misplacing couriers and nobody is taking any action
They are just fooling customers
I strongly request to take action on this company and claim my money rs. 15000/- from this company

One of my known send me a courier on 19th april. But i did not received it. On 28th i track it on trackon.Com and they showed it delivered. On asking delivery proof they did not present any proof and they said it was by mistake they mark status as delivered. I tried to call them several times and they put me on hold for 15 to 20 min each time. I heard their conversation that they had lost it and when i asked them for refund they just laugh and take it lightly. I mail them 4-5 times ("tarika (Head office)",

Hi m varun bhasin from ludhiana and have sent a courier from trackon courier vishal nagar ludhiana on 22 nd april to kunal verma 2/135 vishal khand gomti nagar locknow with His contact details attached but today i came to know that the courier has not been delivered in lucknow, also i want to inform that i have lost my courier slip, so i would request you to help me tracking the same.

The courier was posted from pune on 14th april 2016 and was supposed to be delivered in dehradun on 16th april 2016 .I have not received the courier which was supposed to be delivered on 16th april. The Customer care executives of track on courier services don't know the status of my courier. With reference to my complaint number 2254236 no action is been taken by the courier services. My parcel number is[protected]. The track on courier service has very poor service. The other courier services seem to place the courier within 3-4 days. They gave excuses like the courier will be recieved within time but after waiting for so long, i realised that posting a complaint would be correct.

As we have a contract with your company and we have done all payments on time.
Still we are facing so many issues in pickup of parcels.Lr no.[protected] dated 23/3/16 did not received till today. I call to trackon courier but phone no. Busy all the time.When he received the call they replied your currier will be delivered saturday evening
Every time no one picks up the call.
Delay in pickups and due to these delays we are facing difficulties .

As per above details it is clear that the parcel has been handed over to hisar delivery executive at 10:54 am on 5/4/16. But till time i have not received any such delivery. Number of delivery executive is switched off.

This is to inform that i had sent courier to pune from mandi hp by trackon courier. Docket number:[protected] dated:[protected]. Since 1-feb-2015 i am requesting trackon mandi contact number:[protected], courier incharge mr bhoop singh:[protected] but he says he is unable to do so as docket number is 6months old and trackon pune and ambala branch (Point/route where courier is further dispacthed to pune) none of concerned persons are willing to...

I have send the consignment through your courier services on 09/03/2016 from mumbai to bhubneshwar (Pod no[protected]. It was delivered on 12/03/2016 to my party. But the courier was in a very bad and damaged condition and when checked inside some stock (Pens-44 units) were missing.

I have checked with the executive who had came for collection of parcel, he is saying we are only collection centre, you need to get in touch with trackon hub office. When called up mr. Bangera, he gave me three landline no. On which nobody responded[protected] ext.=3121/3031/3032). There is zero level customer service with trackon.

Request you to check and take the necessary action against the same and provide us the proper solution for the same. Awaiting for your prompt response.

Since 14.03.2016 the courier guy (Dinesh [protected]) was fooling me for the consignment delivery and finally saying they did not got my address. On top of every thing i dont know where is my parcel laying, currently.
I request you to guide me on this and my sincere request to you please please erase such courier service in the market sake of cleaning courier service industry.

As per my telephonic discussion held with customer care executive just now on ph. No. [protected], i am forwarding herewith receipt of the consignment for your enquiry. Investigate the matter and let me know the reason how it reached to hyderabad and why it's tracking status is not available from hyderbad after 11.3.16? If i do not receive a reply in this matter, i will issue a legal notice to your co. With all call details and mail details. Is it not in your co. Policy to inform the customer back about the status on his phone no. Once a telephonic complaint is received?

Above mentioned consignment was supposed to be delivered to sutrapada-362275, gujarat but online tracking shows that it has been lying at hyderabad since 11.3.15 as it was directed to hyderabad by ahmedabad office. Since the consignment contains important medicines of a patient, you are requested to follow it up with your hyderabad office immediately and get it delivered at the correct address without further delay.
