Non delivery of the consignment #[protected] My friend heerish from mauritius went to one of the trackon couriers branch in ahmedabad and requested for the courier of the consignment to hyderabad. They charged 250 inr and gave the attached receipt on 15th december. But, till date the courier is not dispatched. Moreover, the consignment tracking status in website is showing as consignment number #[protected] is not found. When i reached out the customer care, none of the given numbers are either non-functional or always busy. And, when i mailed and after sending multiple reminders, they replied that i have to check with the booking branch. 1. I'm in hyderabad and how can i check with the booking branch located in the ahmedabad? 2. Why the said consignment is not dispatched? I'm worrying that there might be some fraud happened at the booking branch itself. 3. Why there is a poor customer care representatives are present for this company. They don't even have an inter-connectivity to check the status of the consignment.

I had handed over an envelope at r tnagar bangalore collection centre of the couriers on 17.12.2015 who accepted it collecting rs.100/=. And i was told that the consignment will be delivered in two to three days time. Till now, the consignment has not been delivered and i was asked to furnish full address, contact number which i furnished. After all this, i am now informed that the address is not coming under service area. In that case, why did they accept the consignment. Due to non-delivery i had lot of mental agony and problem. I had even to cancel my train tickets to goa. The consignee is shri manguesh temple, priol, mardol, mangeshi 403404 in ponda taluk. It is an ancient temple in goa which is more than 400 years old. This is a clear case of negligence and deficiency in service . As per the landmark judgement of honble supreme court of india, " for negligence and deficiency in service, the aggrieved party is entitled to compensation the quantum of which will determined by the court"

This company should shut down.they run because customers pay them money but they have no respect for them. These people are not at all helpful. My consignment did not reach the destination yet . don't be fooled by their fancy ad of helping people. They are just not bothered. They hang up the call ehrne you call them and they pay no attention to your queries or problem. Such a nonsense company. It should be eradicated from the market. My tracking order was[protected]. I make sure people I know doesn't use their service ever.

I used trackon courier service from patna on 18 th of December for sending a courier to Chennai. It was suppose to reach Chennai on 21st of December 2015 but it didn't, moreover when I tried contacting the customer care services they were very rude, didn't entertain the callers and they would hang up the call even before you complete your sentence. I haven't seen so ruthless people as customer care representatives. And i will make sure that none of my friends and relatives use this service ever again, well its the worst one on planet. My friend from dehradun send me my marksheet and degree but they didnot deliver to me nor they called once. they are saying that your document is untraceble. docket no[protected]

I has been send one courier through Trackon Courier company on 12.12.2015. Its courier was very urgent for me for that they opted me for prime courier which will be reach next day as per courier agency for Mumbai. They taken Rs. 250/- for Mumbai for normal envelope aprox weight 50 gm. I ask them rate is very high, as per them for Mumbai you have to pay. They ensure me it will be delivered on Monday (14th dec 15) and given be POD no 4980243 of Prime Courier. When i track on Monday through Internet i surprised Courier already Delivered in Delhi on 01.12.2015. Hows it is possible i has been send courier on 12.12.2015 and delivered on 01.12.2015. They are misusing of Companies POD for 2-3 Customer and send courier through Normal track and made excess money of normal courier. In while time i was out of station and i visit the Courier Agency office on 18.12.2015 again i surprise, as per them courier is not delivered yet they need address confirmation . I has been provided my mobile Number to agency and Address of Deliver is One reputed Company which is very easy traceable hows it possible to packet not delivered. Sir this is not just a grievance but more than that.This is a very serious matter. Matter of fraud. A lot of people have been victimized.The courier service called Trackon is big fraud company, they are playing with the customers, they are not providing their service at all.Moreover they don't answer if you call them, so called customer care, they are running their illegal business all over the country and their head office is in New Delhi,...

My courier id is[protected]... yesterday courier reached at banglore but still its not reached at my address...and she say by misplacing your product i cant conform or deliver at right time...

The courier no.[protected] is not delivered, although on there tracking portal showing out for delivery at Kanpur region. really very pathetic booked courier no.[protected] on 05-12-15 from Delhi to Kanpur, the courier reached Kanpur on[protected] but after that till date ie 12-11-15 no update on site as well as no delivery. Regularly approaching no one picking phone.

I sanjay patil placed order for an courier delivery from panchkula, haryana to wardha(nagpur), maharashtra. The order reached nagpur but then was returned back to panchkula and we recieved a mail from trackon head office that service is not available in this service. My courier was time sensitive and now its too late and the order is of no use to us. Why did they accepted the order if there service wasnt available

Hi, My father booked a courier from Varanasi on 17.11.2015 and this was the second booking of the same package which was returned in october Now for this second booking this time also they didnot delivered it and returned the package From past two months the package is getting rotated here and there On 3.12.2015 I called them and the said they donot have service in my locality due to which they cannot deliver Problem here is the packet two times come to bangalore from varanasi and gets returned Trackon people doesnot even calls, intimate about the courier I was ready to pickup from their office but these people they simply returned it Please take serious action against them

Tracking ID :[protected] The courier company says" They will not deliver to my address as it is not under their service area, ironically their office is just 1.5 kms away from my home". They have now told me that they have already returned the packet back as they are unable to ship. How come they accept the orders when they cant deliver it. Also they are not telling us on why they cant deliver the order.

We couriered one Brand New Allen Solly Women's jeans to Meerut from Agra through Trackon Courier dated 6/11/2015.when the person received the packet in Meerut found some other local old t shirt inside.
When I complained to Trackon customer service they replied us to contact branch office of Trackon and branch office & booking office not doing anything in this regard.

I have sent the above referenced shipment from Bangalore to Beawar, Rajasthan. This is actually a return shipment to seller for one of the orders placed on a ecommerce site. When I tried checking with customer care, I was told that the shipment was delivered on 20th of October itself. I requested them to update the same online and they mentioned that they would do it in couple of days about 3 weeks ago. Since the status is not updated as delivered, the ecommerce site is not processing my refund. Also, the seller doesnt respond to my calls or emails. I have also escalated this to track on customer care via all the mail ids available. However there is no response till date. Please do the needful. Thanks.

Hi,

I have sent one courier from Mahesana (Gujarat) to Belgaum (Karnataka) with consignment number:[protected] on 3rd November. Please find below the copy of Shipper in attachment:

Then I tried to track the consignment on their website which says that it has been dispatched for Belgaum from Yeshwantpura on 13 November. Now it has been almost 6 days but the package is not delivered yet.

And track on People are not giving any updates on the same

I don't know whether they have missed my package or what. but from now onwards i will not recommend any one to use this courier service.

Dear Sir, I had sent a courier on 07/11/2015 via Consignment number:[protected] from Sonipat Haryana. The recipient’s name was Mr Ashok Purvaha, and the address was B – 250, Malwa singh Block, Asian games village Hauz Khaz. New Delhi. 110049. The internet shows that the consignment is delivered but the recipient has told me that it is not delivered. Please help me in tracing the consignment.

My name is Madhu Babu, I had ordered memory cards on whaaky.com and after long waiting on 17th Oct 2015 they had shipped my item in trackon courier service with tracking number[protected]. Till now the product is not delivered to me . and on i.e 30.10.2015 i surprise to see that in their website it showing as delivered on 28.10.2015 with signature. At first i want know the following from courier company

1.To which address you had delivered the item?
2.Who had received the courier?
3.During delivery did you check my id card?If checked provide my id card number
4.Do you call me before item delivery?

I tried to contact over telephone but whenever i called they are telling busy.

I mailed to entire regions on 30th Oct 15, 1st Nov 15, 4th Nov 2015, 13th Nov 15, 14th Nov 2015 & 16th Nov 2015 but no response from any region.

I have sent 14 boxes of chocolates packed with 2 loose packets. they were found stolen when box is opened, broken and some of them were empty. While packing owner of Housing board office he was saying himself of stealing the chocolates when i will go from there.
