I couriered "Laptop charger" using Trackon couriers from Jaipur headed to Pune on 16th March 2013 from "Agarwal brothers" shop in Times Square, Jaipur.The concerned person is Mr. Vinod Agarwal - [protected]. He informed me that the courier will be delivered before 20th March to the consigned address "flat no. 101, building 5, dakshata nagar, kaspatevasthi, wakad , pune-411027" to Mr. Harsh Singh phone no. -[protected]. It has been 13 days and the courier has not been delivered. From the last 5 days I have been regularly requested them to find a solution but they are reluctant to do anything. I informed Vidyadhar Nagar's trackon franchisee owner Mr. Mukesh Bhandari - [protected] more than 10 times to find a solution. He then transferred the complaint to Jaipur manager of trackon Mr. Saroj - [protected] who sits at Trackon office Madhosingh circle, jaipur.
The courier no. is "[protected]" which on net shows delivered to Pimpri office on 17th March but when I called Pimpri office - [protected] they told me that they have delivered it to Wakad,pune office to Mr. Pushpnath - [protected]. But later after 2 days they tell that they haven't received it from Hinjewadi,pune office - [protected]. Every person at different offices say different things and are reluctant to find a solution.

A VERY URGENT CONSIGNMENT CONSISTING OF PARCEL WIDE NO.[protected] WAS BOOKED ON FRIDAY 22ND MARCH 2013 FROM HYDERABAD WITH A PROMISE TO DELIVER POSITIVELY AT JAMMU BY AIR ON MONDAY 25TH MARCH 2013, BUT TILL TODAY THERE IS NO TRACE OF THIS CONSIGNMENT. EVEN THE ONLINE TRACKING IS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE WHERE ABOUT PARCEL. THROUGH THIS WEB SITE I WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT.

I was expecting a courier , It came till Bangalore and they did not even bother to try contact me over the phone and they sent the parcel back. Again I received books through the same courier service inspite of warning book seller not to send through them. Second time too they did the same and when I called them they were so rude and one lady gave the person’s number who had collected them from the airport. That Phone number is switched off forever. Over all I was so pissed off with these people’s attitude and service. better shut your service, if you cannot handle business properly.

They should be banned with license. Please raise you voice.

I had bought a brand new pair of puma shoes from myntra worth Rs 4499/-. Shoes were delivered on the 4ht of August 2011. By mistake, the size 7 chosen by me turned out to be small, so I decided to go for an exchange. So I handed my shoes, well packed to Trackon Couriers to deliver it to myntra at bangalore (from allahabad). But this fraud company gave me no news of the product for a week. The product was not delivered and whenever questioned, they came up with lame excuses that t would be delivered soon and so on.
Their customer care never works!!! Pathetic attitude of the workers at the local office...they do not even know how to talk. The manager, who seemed to be an uneducated person too, ultimately informed me that the courier has been lost!!!! and that i should prepare a complaint and ask for claim, which I did. Now, after submitting the complaint each day I kept on enquiring, but these uneducated people of this fraud company came up with lame excuses every time. And its 9th January 2012!!! now, and still I dont have my refund.!!!
Thus fraud company should be closed, they steal away the products of people. Once. I threatened them that I would file an FIR, to which they replied,'Do whatever you want'.
It is a beggar company whic loots the products of people, I've read so many such stories of people in which this fraud company has stolen littleto big things of people na d refund was never provided!!!

I have booked a consignment form Delhi to Lucknow on 28th Nov.,12 but till 4th Dec.,12 they didn't deliver the consignment and when I called to there Lucknow office they informed me that your address is out of City so we deliver the couriers only once a week. But when I book consignment from any other courier it deliver after one day.

I have sent a Parcel weight of 4.50 kgs. from Ujjain to Pune through Track on Courier Pvt. Ltd. vide Doc. No.[protected] on 15/10/2012 and reached to destination on 20/10/2012, after receiving and opening the parcel customer complaints that they had received the shortage in material. After contacting to Track on courier official they are providing some evidence that they delivered the parcel on seal packed condition to the customer but regional manager of Mumbai office of Track on courier accepting on phone conversation, when the parcel forwarded to Pune from Mumbai the weight of parcel was less than actual weight but he is not providing the manifest copy showing the actual weight of the parcel. If they delivered the parcel on seal packed condition then why they are not providing copy of manifest with weight to us for all the office through which parcel crossed till pune. I only received the copy of Manifest from Ujjain and Indore office showing the actual weight of parcel but Mumbai and Pune office are not providing the copy of manifest showing weight, So, Kindly force them to provide the copy of manifest showing actual weight of parcel till destination.

my friend sent a courier of book at morning 10 AM on 29 september from delhi to mumbai & it was told by the courier person at delhi that the books will reach within three days. But it could not happened & the books reached to mumbai on 06/10/2012 . since i had a very important exam for which books were being sent but because of delay in delivery of books , i could not prepare for the exam. i have lost a life time opportunity & it may seriously affect my future.
in view of the above i request to the authority to take necessary action for a suitable compensation of my loss caused by delay in delivery of books.

My House Builder company sent a builder buyer agreement from Gurgaon to pune on 3rd October. When I checked its status online yesterday , it said it was delivered on 9th . The track number is[protected]. After calling them so many times finally they picked up the phone just to tell me that document has your signature initials (P.G) on the receipt. I told them that this is forge signature and I have not received any courier. After calling the person , Babu Nadhe ([protected] , He is the one who delivered it to me according to their online tracking tool ), I asked him , to whom he delivered. He said that he gave it to guards sitting outside my building. And He will come and identify him. Guard in my building never accepts the courier like this and that too signing with my name. Then I tried so many times calling their office in Pimpri and tried calling this Nadhe , but no one is ready to listen. Next day I called and finally he picked up the phone and started a new story. Now he was saying that he slipped that courier through my door. After calling him to my society , he started telling more stories. First he said , he was on leave on 9th. Then he said he may have given it to someone else. And he don't remember now. This is how this courier service operates.
I have heard and this would be true also. These people are paid 5 rs per delivery. So for all the couriers which they think contains paper stuff, they just throw them and increase their day count delivery.
Please tell me what to do now. Courier service people in the office sitting there are pathetic and not ready to help. Dutta and Meenaxi are there in the office whom i was calling but in vain ([protected]) I don't know why after so many complaints I saw in this forum , they are still in business.

This is Sherincorps Solutions Inc. Company, A leading Pharma Company which provides best quality medicines at a lowest rates in the market.
We have sent a corgo to the Badhohi(U.P) which contains Injectables for supply to our distributor. We have asked for the epected delivery time for this corgo. Trackon Couriers and Corgo guaranteed us for the delivery within 4 days.We booked our consigment on 20th Sep.2012, and we got our tracking ID from the company with payment receipt,but upto 10th Oct-2012, the consignment did not delivered to its destination and no information is available on their website.On 12th Oct-2012 the consignment found on their office where in was booked.
This is absolutely disgusting things which happened with our distributor and with us also. we had to bear the loss of Rs.10000/- for cancellation of order because of such creeping things from trackon courier services.
Please provide details how we can cure this damage and teacch a lesson to this trackon courier services.

A package was sent to me from Delhi. tracking number 1749210 by tracon courier's PRIME TRACK.
It was clearly mentioned on the package that it is to be delivered after 6pm.
when I tracked the courier I found that it has already been delivered and is also signed in my name.
the company did not even call me before making the delivery.
and also the customer care is not answering the phone.
This is not a matter of mistake or negligence but fraud.

Three letters containing RAKHI ( 1st August) were handed over to the agents of the company-Marathon Agencies at Kamdhenu Shopping Centre Lokhandwala Andheri west on 28th july 2012 (receipt nos.[protected]/33/34) for delivery at Pune first of which was delivered on 6th August, second on 17th August and the third is still (18th August) not received by the addressee. Despite emails and sending the addresses there is no response by the courier service about the status of delivery

We had booked a courier on Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. on 01 Aug 2012(Tracking #[protected]. The package was to be delivered in Noida. The courier was still not delivered till 11 Aug 2012. On calling their help line number I was informed that it has already been delivered. I was given the Noida branch contact number for further assistance. No one picked up the Noida phone number.

I AM WRITING THE COMPLAINT NOT BECAUSE I EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THE COURIER BUT JUST TO MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE USES THIS COURIER. USE THIS COURIER AT YOUR ONE RISK.

I am from Aurangabad, My brother had send the courier from New Delhi Pin.110008. … I have received parcel on 9th July from delivery boy but the parcel was damaged and broken, I found that the material was missing from the parcel…

We are regular customer of TrackOn Courier Service company and this is happening with us..
I had complained to Delhi and Mumbai office for...

AWB no. of the consignment was:[protected].
This consignment arrives from West Bengal to Pune on 5th July, as per their Internet entry. Then they deliver the same to my home address 10th July in the evening after making 15-20 phone calls on 10th July 2012.
This is just remind you for 2nd thought if you select TRACKON courier for Domestic/International purpose.

I have sent a courier through Track on couriers service. The couriers was sent to famous online shopping website NAAPTOL (New Delhi) from Mohali.The courier had a clear name of place New Delhi.but due to negligiance of Track-on couriers the courier reached Hyderabad.Then I approached the local vendor from where I have sent the phone.He didn't showed any interest in the matter.Then I myself approached track-on couriers(Head office) to get information about the courier from where I got to know that courier has been RTO due to address not found.Then after waiting for couple of days when I tracked,that courier reached Mohali on 3 July 2012, I again called the local track-on courier office in Mohali phase-2.The local vendor started making excuses,He said that he has not received the courier and made such excuses for 3-4 days.Then,on my forceful behavior to get my courier back, He returned me an empty box with outer cover of my courier.That box contained pieces of glass in it.Then I again approached track-on couriers for the help but their customer care executive showed such irresponsible behavior and replied me, to send a mail of compliant.Trackon's customer care executives hardly showed any interest in the matter.Kindly help me.

This they way you people serve your customers or i have taken a wrong decision while choosing TRACKON COURIER ???

I was expected to received my courier through your EXPRESS service on 18th June 2012 but haven't yet received courier or a single call from end (i.e. 21/06/2012, 4:30pm).

It was very bad experience yesterday (i.e. 20/06/2012, 5pm) when i contacted you customer care team, they have given me one mobile no ([protected]) and said this person will help me out while delivering my courier but first time this person answered my call n said give me five mins i will call you back, but i have not received any call from him then again i called him and since then i am only calling him but he is not answering my call or not even replying my SMS.
Today since morning i have tried all you customer care no (at list 15 times) but no one has answered yet, even i have tried your mumbai Regional Office tel no but have not got any reply.

Can you please help me while informing that is i am going to received my courier or not, if not then i should not call you people regarding the same.

My father sent me a critical courier via Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd on Wednesday 13th June, 2012 that they assured would reach me by 15th June. I called the office at Hinjewadi at 2 PM to ask about the courier. They said the courier has reached but would be delivered by not before Monday. I asked them why and the answer I got was "we do delivery only two days a week". On Monday (today) I called up their office and they said it was not delivered because Saturday was off for them and would get the courier today. Now, its 5:15 PM and still I have not recieved it. They say they will dispatch it by 7 PM. Who will be there to collect it by then? All the courier services deliver it by 1 - 2 PM and that too in 2 - 3 days. This courier service has taken 5 days and still has not delivered it yet.

What can be done with such people who do not do thier duty properly and does not care about how important such couriers might be to others.

This package was sent from Rajpura (Punjab) in the last week of May with priority shipping and it’s been more than 17-18 days, and the package is not yet delivered to me. When I called them up, they hung up on me and when I wrote an e-mail to them asking for the status, they asked me the ‘To Address’ n number of times. I don’t have all the time in the world to chase these guys. Please do the needful.

As per them, the package is delivered with company’s stamp in Thane and I stay in Bangalore, not Thane. Still these are not ready to understand.

Is there anyone who can help me tracking this package. I called your toll free number and I was just being transferred from here and there and no one could track the package for me. Its been more than 7 days and you could not deliver the package to my place. If you are unable to handle it, just escalate it. May be someone in your management will be interested to track the package and send it to me. The package was sent under my husband’s name : Vineet Banga and it was sent from Rajpura (Punjab) It should not take that much time to deliver a package.
