Sir, I am complaining againt the post man. He was so rude and arrogant. First day he read the wrong address and was shouting on me on call regarding address then I corrected him. After that usne mujhe ghar ke bahar bhi nhi sidha street ke bahar aakar pan card collect krne bola and jab mene usse kaha ki pan card apko ghar ke bahar aakar deliver karna hota hai. And he started talking to me rudely and arrogantly. I asked him to wait there for 10 mins. But he said ki mene 5 min wait kiya ap nhi aye. Mai nikal gya waha de ab ap apna pan card post office se aakar le lijiye. Wo post man ne 10 min bhi wait nhi kiya and mera pan card deliver kiye bina he chla gya. Sir mera pan card deliver nhi kiya gya hai. Please take a strict action against that post man.

One of my carton was having a sharp cut as if it was made with a knife. Two of the things from that carton were missing. The items kept inside that carton were badly broken( I've already informed them to keep it safely as the things inside were delicate).

The people delivered the carton had literally threw them at my door in hurry.
Overall very bad experience.

Sent a parcel from panchkula to Rohini Delhi. The parcel has been delivered to some random address in 110034 instead of 110085.
I find it beyond me that a courier company can make such follies. We are an e-commerce entity, products purchases are sent through Track On. If delivered at wrong addresses, we would have to ship new product to the customer. This is gross negligence and I want the same package delivered to the right address and rightful recipient.

My parcel which contain some important documents which my client need on on priority basis so client request for that on his registered mail after that my my company choice broking book courier through Trackon Couriers. From 23 may 2022 its show out for delivery in his website but not delivered yet. I rasied a complain in his Ranchi branch regrading this but no any help i got after that i raise a compliant in company website(complaint no-C2204622)...

Trackon courier service is a fraud. How nsdl uses this third class fatherless company for their courier works? Package yet not delivered. Product sent from NSDL on 9th may. 15 days yet not delivered. Fake tracking. Actually stupidity is done by NSDL. Why can they use India Post?

This is Regarding Tracking No[protected], I was expecting my Pan Card. My address was very clearly given on the Delivery Address and my Contact Number too. The Company failed to delivery the same which was very important for me for the in-efficient employs and in-efficient management. I would like to raise a complain and also would like to demand for a compensation. This company doesn't have a good reputation in the field of logistics and their license should be canceled. Please help me.

My PAN Card not been delivered my address and the tracking status shows out for delivery since 18/05/2022. The nearest branch is 2-4 km from my delivery address. I tried to contact with there local delivery service number not reachable and the customer support but they responded in a rude manner and even didn't got support.

i am sanjay kumar agarwal have placed a sample order to my delhi person, Car mat, which he sent on 15th april, 2022 delhi to bangalore, along with documents asked by courier co, consginment No. by[protected], its a sample provided by my friend, i am in regular touch with tracok co, but they always telling me that i recive in one day 2 days, today they are demanding more money, which is not fare enough, while asking to them they are saying some blah blah prob, sales tax, when its a sample product so no question of any tax,
they are harrashing me to give more money, unless they will not deliver my sample,
kindly look into the matter and help us, i am also submitting this to DCP Crime bangalore and Delhi Branch,

A client had booked a 2 kg courier from rajkot to bangalore it was charged 1400 for it and its been 4 days the parcel is not recived and non of the numbers are working heavy fright charges and no delivery commitments fraud company and fraud staff are working in it

I sent my courier[protected] docket no. On 2nd may 2022 but till 9 it not delivered nor anybody responding. Also not providing delivery boys contact no.

Track on staff not delivering courier at home despite telling them that i am busy in office and cant come to collet from their office...all other couriers services delivers at home..even amazon flipkart zomato swiggy services are coming at home

Really annoying behaviour by the staff over phone..even threating that they will make RTO if not picked from office today itself that too within 1 hour...is there a policy to make RTO in 1 day only??
Disguisting services now a days...trackon delivered couriers at home in past...present staff is diminishing the name of a good courier company

They are not telling Courier number..saying that collect number from office alongwith courier

Plz resolve the issue at the earliest...will pickup my courier when i get time and will never avail your services in future...last request is..ask them not to make RTO as it is very important courier for me

My courier was dispatched from Ludhiana with docket no[protected] and has reached Bhagalpur on 26/04/2022 but it is not delivered till date due to negligence of your Bhagalpur branch

My PAN has been shown delivered with signature when I was checking on the website. However I have not received anything. Not even a phone call by an executive and I don't know if it is even delivered yet. How can such an important package be taken for granted.
