My mother sent a courier to Pradip Haria to Vienna, US on 11th Oct, 2008 (Airway Bill No. 1533) and till date (25th Oct, 2008), Mr Pradip has not yet received the parcel.
On contacting the company Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd (Shop No. 3, Shrrenath Plaza, L T Road, Opp Hotel Prashant, MulundE, Mumbai -400081, India), we get pure lies like 'We tried to call them on Friday, they didn't respond' (inspite the fact that Mr Pradip's mobile number was given to them - if the courier company had tried to contact him, he would have surely reverted back to them). Rajendra Kadam and Rashmi Kadam have made it very clear that it is not a case of non-delivery due to un-availability of the receiving party.
I do not expect this courier company to give us a suitable refund. I don't think that in India, we can hold people responsible for their services to that extent without going throgh hell ourselves first.
But I do want to make sure that people be aware of this and other such companies and choose their service providers wisely.

Trackon — Delayed/Non Trackable courier
Trackon is as said by others as well worst courier service,I sent some important notes on 12 April 08, for an exam on 17 April 08,
today is 18th the exam is over still these people have not sent the courier. These people couldn’t even trace the location of the courier, the courier was intended to be sent to Nanded it is show to be sent to Aurangabad on the online tracking system, Great! If someone want to loose parcel, pay high charges and
still want the courier to be late enough not being useful at all, get frustrated
and make permanent losses please send the important couriers through Trackon!
