[protected] this is the AWB number for my pan card . The Trackon Madurai branch didn't even inform me about the return they made. As per their website they gave two numbers for contacting. On that one number is wrong and the other one is busy 24 hours. This inconvenience is not caused by me. My pincode is 626203 and in their website my pincode is under hyperlink. for any reference please see the image uploaded by me....

I have sent parcel from Bangalore to Jhansi a week ago, bt it hasn't reached yet to the destination and not any updates in track ID...

Trackon is a fraud courier company. Request all users of their services to do so at the own RISK.
Consignment number [protected] was picked up without any mention of the parcel being "Consignee to pick up". now after reaching its destination, they have called me multiple times, asking me to ask the consignee to come and pick up the parcel.
This should have been informed prior to having taken the courier. Now they are blaming one and all for not delivering and shirking their responsibility. So, I am making the general public TO BE-AWARE OF SUCH FRAUD COMPANIES.
TRACKON COURIER COMPANY is a cheater company.

On 31/03/2022 my courier came from mumbai to delhi and i am being told by excuse of miss route since 1 month next day delivery will be done but not delivered yet and i also told that i will self from branch Collected it but haven't given me the address or talked to the customer care and Seniors But he is also saying the same right now the delivery will be done the next day and the custom care has been saying for the last 20 days that your courier will be delivered the next day but not delivered yet and not only this the phone number of the branch where my courier is located are not giving

Please check the receiving image, it clearly showing no stamp, phone no or signature of the consignee (welmade locking system pvt ltd), but as per Trackon Courier records they are showing it delivered. We have also attach customer stamp photo which he put on all receivings. shipment Tracking no. was[protected] which not received by the consignee. It was value of Rs.43896/- (invoice also sent with the parcel). It was related to Feb month but it comes to our (Kwality Ball company) and consignee knowledge now.
Also Trackon persons are not giving proper reply and saying that stamp is their on receiving but as you can check their is no stamp of welmade locking systems.

Docket No. [protected] booked from Vapi for New Delhi 110046. Your tracing system says on 29th April 2022 the parcel at 9:30 am transaction No.BN52010630 Location Head Office Event Processing Bag For Azad Pur, At 9:37 am transaction No. BN52010634 Location Head Office Event Processing Bag For Janak Puri Hub, At 11:31 am Transaction No. V2145456 Event Processing Bag for Azad Pur, and after that no trace of the parcel. The address on the parcel is for New Delhi Pin Code 110046. Every trackon office is passing the buck on other and providing a new Mobile number to follow. In morning I called [protected], he provided number [protected] of Azad Pur. They told me the docket no [protected] is not with them, though their tracking site says it is in Azad pur, and finally they provide another number [protected]. This person after completing all his responsibilities provided me another number [protected], but of no use. No solutions only passing the buck. no response on customer care no. 45593500 and [protected]. Very poor service rating is -[protected] out of 5. Deliver my packet at the earliest if you can,

My PAN card dispatched by NSDL from Mumbai on 11-Mar-2022 through TRACKON COURIERS. It has reached to my location(Hyderabad) on 13-Mar-2022 itself. Still they didn't delivered my courier to me.
On daily basis I am calling to their customer support and their Hyderabad office several times. Neither they are lifting my calls nor delivering the courier to me.

It seems like a fraud company. I have seen more than 3000 complaints on this TRACKON COURIERS in consumer complaints forum. Please look into this.

Please help me in this issue as they can misuse my PAN card.

Consignment number [protected] reached Hyderabad on 22.4.22 at 11.51 am but not yet delivered. Poorest service in Hyderabad. It contains medicine to be sent in person to USA. Kindly ensure quick selivery today

Ordered a new pan card, which was shipped via trackon Courier. it reached my city on 09/04/22, today it's 26/04/22 but still haven't received it. No contact information is available to contact them.

I am the receiver of a parcel consignment no. [protected]sent from Udaipur. to Delhi.. The consignment had reached Batla house sn it early I was very rudely told that d on requesting to deliver it early I was tld very rudely that the time is till 6PM..the conversation was very rude Again reminded to deliver then the person stopped picking up my phone... Finally picked up and told very rudely not to ring up for reminder... The courier boy lied that my phone was switched off although I was constantly with my phone... Network was also proper... I believe one should not take your services at all coz yoy make the customer feel as if he/she is being given free services and should not demand anything
..

My complaint has already registerd on April 2022 1st week itself regarding this courier issue informed to sriperumbudur area incharge & chennai head office. I sent mail to customer head office but still no response from anybody. Everybody knows this issues but noboy take care.

I received a sms througg my mobile -[protected] on date 11.05.2022, nsdl team replied "Data updated for PAN ************* . Card sent by TRACKON AWB ********** will be delivered in due time. Visit https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/- NSDLeGov .

when i checked shipment status AWB Number on website: https://trackon.in/Tracking/t1/Single Tracking

its Error! Request Failed due to reason, Not a Trackon AWB No / Invalid Reference No/. Old Shipment.

I want to inform you that delhi branch executive mukesh is doing fraud with trackon.
I handed over him 2 packets on 18 april for which he gave mai 2 slips ..
And said they will updated on 18th night..but today is 20th and they are not started yet ..also i have contacted him .he said that packets are gone away .company server is not working..
But you have to take strict action against him he make fake slips to customers ...and parcels get lost...

Courier booked from Ludhiana to Jalandhar on 16th April 2022 and reached Jalandhar office on 11.08am on 18th April 2022, i.e 3 days to cover 50km, today Jalandhar hub office executive called me at 3.15pm and denied to deliver parcel .
Asked me ur area is not in our delivery zone then why trackon picked courier from Ludhiana just sake of money and later harsh reciver .
I filed complaint and called customer care many times but the executive try to convince me or not listening me ...very bad service and behaviour by executives.

My couriers not recive but couriers status is deliverd

This is to inform that trackon courier booked my article from Pune to be delivered at Diva(Thane) but today I received call from Trackon courier (thane) saying that they won't deliver. Request please help so that they deliver my article on priority at my place and don't harass customer like this anymore.

I have not received my courier via bill no. [protected] which was showing status of delieved as on 10th jan 2022, I have contacted many times on below contact details [protected] /[protected] /[protected] for Ghatkopar centre, only once they listen complaint but after they do not receive the complaint

My pan card was dispatched through Trackon from nsdl in date 11 march 2022 but he not delivered.i try to contact with him but no budy put call .
No any update on his website when I try to track my courier only one location see their since 25 days.pls ban Trackon courier company very worst experience.
