My consignment no [protected] sent from Noida to Patna is not delivered even after 9 days. Tracking shows that the consignment is lying in your Patna hub since 21st March. Even after my lodging complaint with your customer care and subsequent follow up there is no progress. What a poor customer service, really shameful. Hope some official of the company will attend to my complaint and will ensure immediate delivery of consignment.

    PAN card has been shipped from Mumbai to Nagercoil. The last status update was on 21st March 2022. It says, the packaged arrived at the destination. But it is not yet delivered. Also, I couldn't contact the branch in Nagercoil or Chennai. All the numbers seem to be out of order. I have raised a complaint with Trackon customer care. But I didn't get any response.

      The worst delivery service, I have given a medicine and taken confirmation that it will be delivered on next day. After the working hours also they didn't deliver, I contacted the concerned person but they were least concern about it. Then they call me after two days to deliver, what a pathetic situation.

        PAN card sent from Mumbai on 14 Mar, reached Chennai on 16 Mar. It is still not delivered as on Mar 22. Status still shows as DELIVERY MANIFEST PREPARED for the last 3 days. Pathetic service and very disappointing. Calls made to Porur and Guindy branches were un-answered. Please make sure this gets delivered at the earliest.

          Hello,

          My PAN card shipment was booked on 28/02/2022 and it was on transit and out for delivery status until 17/03/2022. Today, when I checked the tracking, it says it was "Delivered with Signature". I did not get any call or any executive came doorstep to deliver such an important document. How can you just hand over a PAN card to someone (if it is delivered) without validating any proof?

          If I don't get a response, I am filing a Police complaint about such blunders as my PAN card can be misused.

          Called up the courier services and after many attempts got hold of them. Spoke to the delivery person and got it delivered finally.

            My product which was handed to Trackon on 15th March 2022 is stuck at Delhi HQ. There is not update after 16th March and whenever i try to contact them no one picks the call. Plz help me out

              AWB NO[protected]
              Although on tracking the consignment shows out of delivery as 10.03.2022, I am yet to receive it.
              I spent more than an hour on 14th March 2022 to contact a representative of Trackon. Either the numbered displayed in their site are not in use or it is not attended to.
              Finally on 15.03.2022, someone answered and he gave me a number. That guy gave me another number. This guy. Bheemappa ([protected]) promised to deliver it by 17.3.2022. Today when I contact he doesn’t pick up. Absolutely, frustrating.

                The above courier company do not deliver the parcel on time and ask us to visit their office when we check with them. Pancard received at their office on 4th March has not been delivered till now. When checked they said that they had attempted but nobody was there.
                But we had been continuously there and never getslocked. Further when courier person called me for direction, I had provided the direction also but still they are asking us to visit and take parcel. We suggest you to take it up cancellation of their licence since they are not able to handle and provide good services.

                    My PAN Card has been not been delivered and tracking status shows out for delivery since 11/3/2022. When tried to reach customer service no response on any of their numbers. Tried reaching Customer Care, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi Hub contact number but no response from anyone.

                      Mob- [protected] .The delevery address near Ghaziabad hub .but till now it's showing out for delivery and delivery agent showing another location where I call delevery agent he tell me the we received the wrong delevery address so we return it to hub .I never shown such a third class company.

                        My POD no. Is[protected] of Trackon courier and your delivery man is not delivering at my address.
                        He is saying that he will not deliver at my address, you must come to his Trackon office. Whenever my shop is on main Dadri Road SALARPUR, noida is reachable by any convenience.
                        Kindly look into the matter and take a action against delivery man and inform me yearlier.

                            Trackon courier Nandurbar is always delivering my parcel on wrong address, I have warn them 3 times, but still they are doing same, everytime I have to go there to take my parcel, and where they are delivering my parcel that person is my competeter they are sharing my every business secret and my parcel address, please sir take action, complaint is of jai ambe computers

                                  I courier ceramic pots twice thru trackon from noida to delhi both the time the pots were damaged...double bubble paper wrapping, yhick thermocol boundary, proper stuffing of the box so that the items are not able to move inside n above all fragile tapping was done even then my product was damaged.the yellow pot is totally damaged as shown in the attached pic.

                                    My pan card was sent by NSDL by trackon courier on 21/2/2022 with AWP no.[protected]. I was tracking the pacakage and also called to trackon for inquiring about the package.

                                    On day on enquiry with trackon thay have told they have sent back the package because no one found in address.

                                    I was surprised because i am receiveing all the packages ordered to Amzon, flipKart, etc. and also i have received PVC aadhar card last week from where NSDL fatch the address for the delivery of the PAn card.

                                    Trackon courier nor contacted me nor came to the address and simply they have returned the package with comment :user address wrong.

                                    Trackon courier are fool and making us fool they dont wnat to work.
                                    i highly recommned not to avail the service of Trackon courier.

                                    Because they can miss our importent document.

                                    All are getting my address except by Trackon courier, what is service.

                                    And packge is senting back with wrong comment. Very bad service.

                                      My PAN card reached the HUB on 25th Feb. I was contacted by a representative from the hub stating the courier cannot be delivered to the address as they do not have door step delivery. Courier address is my home address and the hub is 13 kms away from the address.
                                      I lodged a complaint on their website on 28th Feb, until today there is no update/response on this.
                                      I am calling every day since 1st march, to their customer care, every time they say will call back with a resolution, but no response/action taken.
                                      I also dropped a mail to their customer care email if on 1st march, same result - no response.
                                      Such a pathetic customer support. I had stated clearly that I am not available at the address and my aged parents cannot travel 26kms(to and fro) to collect the courier. I ham not sure what will happen to my PAN card
