My pan card dispatch on 15 feb and reached at my nearest city about 8 kilometres, i got call from e-mitra shop to collect my my pan card from them because they not delivering on my address which is mentioned on pan card. So i call trackon courier office for file a complaint even they also say you can collect from them or tell them to return and you will get by post.

So why pan not come by post at first, if government choose some private company to do their job why they not do it properly.

No help from trackon company or staff, i go to their delivery station and pic by my self. What we can do this is india.

    PAN card - not delivered

    PAN card not received though status of AWB[protected] is showing that packet has been delivered. This Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd seems to be a fraud company as I can read similar complaint and even their contact but the are not reply, email id doesn't exist.

    My PAN card was dispatched on 10th Feb 2022 was delivered to some Rupali Salunke, ph no... on 16th Feb 2020. it clearly shows that courier in SWARGET HUB after i have follow up every day but hi/she answer me same i will check and contact you .

      Dear Sir,

      Please take the complaint very seriously against TrackOn Couriers.

      My PAN Card was despatched on 18th Feb from Mumbai for Ahmedabad, but their website shows no update after despatch from Mumbai.

      Their online website doesnt take complaint after 5.30pm (yes, even website doesnt take complaint) and customer executives on phone are sayin they are trying to resolve..

      Mumbai to Ahmedabad via Road is also 8hrs, via flight is 1hr. Since 5 days they dont have any update and any contact no given to us for Ahmedabad is non responsive.

      Under digital india initiative, if we fail to get PAN Card also due to courier company delays, its a very sorry state of affair for citizens and government should consider taking appropriate actions. PAN was alloted and despatched within 5days, but delivery is taking longer and there is no update also on the same!

      also when I try to call their customer care, nobody responds.. Its too sad and bad on their part..

          My PAN Card has been not been delivered and tracking status shows out for delivery since 12/2/2022. When tried to reach customer service no response on any of their numbers. Tried reaching Customer Care, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi Hub contact number but no response from anyone.
          Don't know why does NSDL selects such a poor service partner to deliver important documents of the citizens. Why doesn't they go with India Post Speed post service which has always been reliable. Also, PAN Card service is not free service where NSDL doesn't have the liability for the citizen. Citizens are paying for the service and NSDL should ensure that PAN Card reaches to the destination address without any delay.

          After submitting the complaint, they called up and notified it will be delivered next day. First call from Trackon after Complaint was submitted came from this number +917032312417 (Karthick - Hyderabad). It was delivered next day. When I asked the reason for delay they said it being held by the delivery person since 10Days nobody is following up from them. It really a pathetic service provider. Not sure if NSDL eGov is aware of all these logistics issues in delivering the PAN. This is really serious concern as PAN can be misused if it gets lost by delivery agent.

          After submitting the complaint, they called up and notified it will be delivered next day. It was delivered next day. When I asked the reason for delay they said it being held by the delivery person since 10Days nobody is following up from them. It really a pathetic service provider.             I booked my parcel ([protected]) from trackon on 19 Jan-2022 from Trackon Kharar. Mrs. Simran[protected] booked my parcel and gave me a slip and told me the parcel would be reached within 4 days. The parcel contained the legal documents. On 14 Feb-2022 I learned that Parcel did not reach the destination. After I tried to contact the trackon customer care, and Chandigarh but none of them were/ are working. After that, I registered the complaint trackon from their website. On 21 I collected my parcel with an explanation "Address not found"
            I told them if the address was not found you should return me immediately. Who is responsible for this delay. They don't have the answer. Now my question is who will pay for this negligence. Due to their negligence, I suffered a lot.

              Is still with Trackon courier. How can a courier keep someone official document for so long. When should I go to consumer forum or shouldn’t the IT department stop using such fraudulent couriers?

                PAN Card is not delivered to my home.
                Address provided is clear and reachable very easily. Still they are saying R.T.O. DUE TO ADDRESS NOT FOUND / IN-COMPLETE / REQUIRE CONTACT..

                Pathetic service. When I called they said it will be delayed.
                It is very urgent for me.

                  Parcel is not traceable. In spite of continuous follow-ups and reminders to all official level of Trackon Courier, but they unable to deliver and refuse to provide delivery status of my parcel. Even their Bombay head Mr. Pawar & Bangalore Hub lady (who attends phone call on no [protected]) is rude and misbehaving, while inquiring with them

                  Email complaint also sent to Owner Mr.Sandeep Gupta on 18.2.2022 and reminder on 19.2.2022, but fail to get any reply about my parcel.

                  We have lost opportunity and energy to dealing about our parcel.

                  Courier charges will be paid as per our contract.

                    Trackon on tracking number is[protected], when i personally visited the courier office they told me parcel was delivered but i haven't recieved any parcel.
                    This is very unprofessional services you are providing to customers i am in urgent need of that particular document...

                      The packet has not yet been delivered till date .

                      Courier agency is producing some false proof document which does not even bear the received date.

                      This is a wrong practice . You may please deliver my packet to the concerned on urgent basis.

                        My PAN card was shipped on 12th Feb as per NSDL and when am trying to track it in Trackon carrier it shows invalid tracking. I see number of complaints like this on Trackon. First thing why NSDL choose Trackon and after number of complaints why Trackon is not fixing its issue.

                          No.[protected]. 11feb को कानपुर से कूरियर किया, 14 तक इंतेज़ार किया ।14 को afternoon वेबसाइट से मोबाइल नंबर सर्च किया, 10 बार कॉल किया8 बार कॉल वेटिंग और 2 बार फ़ोन काट दिया गया।15 को किसी ने बताया कि ट्रैक करो वेब से, किया तो पता चला 12 को ही पहुंच चुका है, पुनः कंप्लेन किया कस्टमर केअर पर, complain no मिला, कूरियर वाले को फ़ोन न उठाने पर व्हाट्सएप्प किया, उसके कुछ देर बाद फ़ोन रिसीव हुआ, उसने बोला कि वहां डिलीवरी नही हो सकता, मैंने कहा nearest कहाँ डिलीवर कर सकते हो, उसने कहा आफिस से ही मिल पायेगा, लेना हो तो लीजिये।मैं वहां जाकर रिसीव किया।ट्रैक ऑन की सर्विस बहुत ही खराब है।कस्टमर को केवल धोखा देते है सब।3 दिन रखे ही रह गए।फ़ोन पर कांटेक्ट भी करना उचित नही समझा।शिकायत को संज्ञान लें।

                          आप सभी ग्राहकों को जानकारी देना चाहता हूँ कि trackon courier office पर deliverd करता है, एड्रेस पर नही।आपसे contact भी नही करता है कि courier आफिस पर आ गया है।फ़ोन भी रिसीव नही करता है।कुछ दिन रखने के बाद, अगर आपने आफिस पर contact नही किया तो एड्रेस नॉट फाउंड कहकर वापस कर देगा।
                          Courier वाले इतना गैरजिम्मेदार होते हैं, पहली बार देखा।पैसा पूरा लेंगे, काम एक पैसे का भी नही करेंगे।

                            Courier was sent from Panipat, Haryana to Pathankot, Punjab through trackon couriers.
                            When the courier reached the trackon office in Dhaki Road, Pathankot, Punjab. They delivered our business product to some other party, not just this time but 2-3 times before, they delivered the product to the same business party and when we got our courier, it was opened. WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

                                My Pancard from NSDL which reached TRACKON Perungudi sub office in Chennai for delivery on 22.1.22, but not delivered till date.Complaints raised twice with their corporate office, and they enquire and tell us Packed deliveed and signature obtained. This is utter flase information, as our complex enters every service visitor and others at Gate with Book entry and CC camera, which I have checked from 20.1.22. We raised complaint with NSDL at Chennai two days back and they returned saying helpless and we should contact Trackon. Please resolve this issue as a responsible Big Courier cant lie and get away with such excuses and they should be made accountable . I see in complaint register, with NSDL, many have complained similarly. Thank you.

When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When i tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive.
