There is no status about courier,
No phone calls,
Not able to track,
Is this a service provide to customers?
The website also not showing any proper information,
I choose wrong partner

I am highly dissatisfied with Trackon courier service. I had sent a courier for to my relatives in Khekra Baghpat on 10th of September. But the parcel has not been delivered as yet. The number is Z67058150. DTDC promises delivery on the next business day. It seems to be a highly unreliable courier service. helpline line numbers are not working. Its tracking link was also not operational. The poor customer is left with no information & they are ignoring my calls

franchisees name is Mukesh kumar A-20 devli Road Khanpur New Delhi 110062. This guy is not providing any information about the delivery and he does not pick my phone call both on mobile and landline. PH No: [protected]

The Courier is worth INR 1000. I want a redressal to my complaint ASAP.

I would like to share my Experiences with you about pathetic Service support and Rude Behavior as below.
1) Unupdated Contact details available on Google.
2) Six Days completed for dispatching the courier from Class A city, Pune to Nagpur but courier not received Yet. POD- [protected].
3) Taken Nagpur Trackon Chanel partner mobile number from Pune office, Taken Follow ups on [protected], The Lady who is taking care she is behavior is rudely, She is having objection on my question which is my Right. She Given me one Mobile number of courier boy that is [protected], This number Incoming facility is not available as per Telephone Company, When I have ask the same question to the lady Representative she rudely behaving and she told that I have no rights to ask question about the mobile number given by her. Request to remove such non supporting Chanel partner or Employee from your company. Or Give Medical support to her to Repair ...
4) Pathetic Service Support in terms on Time line and Customer handling.

It is again requested that, you are instruct to south hub delever my pan card immediately please.

Data updated pan card sent by trackon AWB[protected] and[protected] dated 08/09/2021 is yet to be delivered.

Sir,
I sent a shipment on 21/09/2021 from Bikaner, Rajasthan to Adipur, Gujarat which hasn't delivered yet and i also registered a complaint on 27/09/2021 and still i didn't get any satisfied response from your employees and they told me if i want to file a case against your company, i can, they really don't care, this is really so ridiculous manner of talking. When i tracked my shipment on your website then it showed that shipment is out for delivery on 25/09/2021
In this shipment, there is dessert and it might be expired because of laziness & irresponsibility of employees of your company, i am really very disappointed and got mentally harassment
I expect a positive response from you otherwise i have to sue you

I applied for PAN update on 4th september 2021. The acknowledgement number is [protected]. The card was sent through Trackon Couriers awb no:[protected]. I recieved an sms on 22nd september that it has been dispatched and on trackon website it was mentioned it was out for delivery on 25th september.But today it shows undelivered because address not found/ no contact details.I tried calling them with the contact no provided but no response. What can I do now?

I got tracking Id of my physical pan card which is dispatched by NSDL on 21/09/2021 but the tracking number which was given to me showing invalid on Trackon tracking website. I tried to contact Trackon couriers but they are so careless, that they don't respond. Pan card is a very important document. I am in urgent need of it and Trackon is doing this. Plz help.

Please resolve this issue. I have been already sending all the documents hard copy date -11/09/2021 from Trackon Courier Service via Dhanbad To CPP Claims Management D-139 Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1 New Delhi 110020. But dhanbad trackon office hold my courier envelope 8 days without any reason from my side and not Inform me any declaration by dhanbad trackon office, after that I know Some internal issues by dhanbad office. This is the blunder mistake by dhanbad trackon office. I was talking branch operation head Mr Rajeev Jee Mobile No- [protected] but not response from your side, after that on call your response is very rudely behavior. My concern my Claim amount -18144/- not credit due to reason Dhanbad trackon office hold my courier envelope 8 days .

As I made pan card entry and nsdl send pan through trackon courier but more than 2 months completed I didn't received my pan card consignment number is[protected].

I have applied for PAN Card changes or updates on 29 August. I've got confirmation message from NSDL stating that PAN Card has been updated for me and it will be dispatched. Later I received a message that PAN card is sent by Trackon and got the Consignment number to check the status.

When I use the number to track my card online in the trackon website it shows out for delivery on 8 September. I havent recieved till now and no one is call me.

Such a disgusting courier service which is so highly charged for nothing just trouble customer, this complain is from barabanki 225001 . Trackon couriers pvt.limited
The is delivery was not on time and I paid ₹300 for a piece of paper ( barabanki to agra ) they guaranteed me that they will deliver tomorrow on 23/09/2021 but till now there is no one to listen my problem.

This parcel was arrived at my destination on 17/09/2021 and today its 23/09/2021 which was not yet delivered. Upon asking to customer care number[protected] of my city still they are asking to wait for next 2days after that they will deliver this parcel. It's already 1 week late for delivery.

I have a parcel out on delivery from 2 days and it is not reaching the destination. This company is fraud, their employees are all fraud. The customer care people don't know how to answer a query like that when the parcel is lost due to their mistake. I'm never using trackon service again, they do nothing but make you suffer losses and I swear I will go to the consumer court if my parcel doesn't get delivered or if it's lost.

I received a sms through my mobile -[protected] on date:22/9/2021, nsdl team replied "Your PAN card has been dispatched on by Trackon Couriers . AWB [[protected]], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time.as per the status shown in the site .

I sent a courier for my grandma that contains essential medicines for her but it's been 5 days that my courier is not getting delivered to her even after reaching Delhi it's destination city. This was my first and last experience with trackon I'm never trusting this company with my parcels again. Even the government postal service is far better than this clumsy, irresponsible company. I don't understand how it's even managing to stay in business with such poor service.

I couriered a parcel from Agra toh Delhi on 17th of this month and it's been 3 days that I can see the courier is still in transit. It has reached Janakpyri but since then it didn't get delivered to it's intended destination 'Uttam Nagar'. Now the distance from Janakpuri to Uttam Nagar is hardly 5 minutes and I was expecting it to be delivered yesterday itself.

This was my first experience with trackon and so far I'm honestly not happy with this kind of slow service and no response from your customer service team over the call.

I paid for correction as I lost my bet card but on 15th August 2021 came in Tracon Courier (Ganesh Charpalwar - [protected]) Shop No 5, Kailash Market, Station Road, Padampura, opp. Jay Tower, Aurangabad, Maharashtra 431005
and on 20th August he showed dispatch and I did not get it. Then when I inquired, he said, "I have lost your card, but I will call you when I find out what to do. So, I have suffered mental problems and financial loss." However, it is my humble request that Hon'ble Sir give me justice.
