My parcel reached Baghpat Chowk on 13-Aug-2021 but they are not delivering the parcel don't what's wrong... this is the delivery service they provide please help..today 16-aug and i am still waiting.

I received a sms througg my mobile -[protected] on date:9.08.2021, nsdl team replied "Your PAN card has been dispatched on by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time.as per the status shown in the site .

However, it hasn't been addressed yet. I would like to inform you that, I am in urgent need of my mark sheet to prove my validation. Unfortunately, I haven't received the same. It would be very kind of you to Understand the gravity of the situation and make this association memorable.

Send a courier through trackon on[protected][protected]) but till today[protected]not received . No reply from customer care and at last i got a reply that delivery boy is not there to deliver your product.

My pan card has been dispatched on 7th august 2021 by trackon courier service but has not been received as of now. Also the AWB number provided is not working. I am not able to track my pan card.
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and provide me with the information regarding my package.

They delivered the highy sensitive courier to an unauthorized person without even checking valid ID Proof

I got tracking id for my physical pan card which is dispatched by NSDL on 5 AUGUST 2021 but the tracking number which was given to me showing invalid on Trackon tracking website. Pan card is such a important document how will i know the product came to my state or my nearest delivery office. Trackon is very careless they don't even respond.

So product delivered with signature but not received, what a irony it is naaa. So my pancard that i was about to receive on 4th Of August with AWS[protected] is actually showing delivered on website with signature but the irony is that I haven't received it yet so the question is whom they delivered and who was the person who signed on behalf of me and what kind document let you guys prove that the person you're delivering is me...

So here is the deal i want my courier ASAP without any excuse find whom you delivered and when do whatever you want to but i want my courier thats it and if not then I can assure you guys I'll deliver a letter in consumer court so please do something for yourself ok... Thank you

Yesterday on 07/08 I received tracking no from NSDL for my physical pan card and unfortunately my package handled to Trackon courier service. The tracking no given to me is showing invalid in trackon tracking, I don't know what to do. PAN card is very important for me do anyone had same issue and can explain me what to do in such situation please..!!!...

My consignment no.[protected] dispatched 27 July 2021 from mumbai maharashtra to bhilwara rajasthan and me track my courier to seen arrived to destination bhilwara 31 july 2021 but not delivered by track on my address and track on branch no. Not working n me complain trackon website my complain no. C1749467 not reply by track on courier service

I had requested for my PAN Card to be reissued to get my address corrected. I submitted the form on NSDL and also paid for physical card to be issued. On July 6, I received confirmation for PAN card issue and it has been despatched. It has been one month and I have not received my PAN card. I called up NSDL customer care and they gave me the Tracking number[protected] of Trackon courier serivce. (www.trackon.in). I called them up multiple times from 3rd August onward and they said they'll deliver it. Today on Aug 6th they started saying they've delivered my PAN. Whereas it has not been delivered. I warned them that I'll do a police complaint for withholding my PAN card as they don't have any proof of delivery also. They told I can do whatever I want. I am already frustrated calling them so many time and also called NSDL but they're not helping and asking to contact courier company. Please look into this matter.

Also, NSDL has to own the responsibly of choosing the right courier partner (like Speedpost or indian post), not these private companies. NSDL must be penalised for harassing the tax payers and any misuse of PAN Card.
