Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

My product has reached the destination place on 28th July'21, but still they are not delivering, despite of calling to the office & providing them detail address they are unable to deliver . Attached herewith is the screenshot of tracking details .

Tracking status is showing it's delivered with signature but I didn't recieved it.. my adress is contai but it's showing that it's delivered on mechada hub on 23rd July, 2021... it's worst currier service ... Fraud ...my consignment no is [protected]

I have to collect my parcel with my own most of the time, like recent incident was my parcel was lying with our local Trackon distributor from last 3 days, we wait for our consignment for 2 days when not received i send my office person to collect the parcel.
Local vendor always doing same activity and when we ask them for the reason they says we don't have any delivery boy. IF he don't have the delivery boys then why you he doing this delivery work i don't understand this.
"THIS GUY IS SPOILING TRACKON NAME"
pls cancel his vendor license and give this license to some other deserving one.

Collected by hand by own. it reached to Local vendor on very next day on 27.07.21 & it supposed to come to me on same but not happened, we our self collected on 29.07.21 even when we called them they says its not reached to us, but HUB has confirmed that it reached to the vendor next day. then we went there & collected.

2. [protected] (from Faridabad to Gurgaon) Dt:27.07.21

Same story repeated in this case also.

some time it is acceptable some delay, but person should inform us that we don't have delivery boy and your parcel is with us, but this vendor is even doing wrong practice and if follows with him he says he don't received the parcel.

Its my humble request to you kindly close that vendor he is Spoiling all your brand name. and assign some other vendor

I order on 2 July but haven't received my product yet.. And the delivery date was 12 days from order.. I contact several times but they are not responding.. please help me.. I need books for my further studies but they are not understanding...

Parcels contained eatables as promised by the booking person they were supposed to be delivered in 24 hrs . Maximum time for delivery was told to us as 48 hrs. But unfortunately they are not delivered till now.
Eatables by now must have been rotten in it

One parcel was for Rajeev jain and another Sanjeev jain

Now I want the refund for my parcels

Your customer care is not picking the phone

My courier parcel was not delivered its been a week.Really Pathetic service.Customer Care Girl didnot respond & said to call on any other number for the parcel status & didnot even shared the concern number.

I have booked a package vide AWB# [protected] on 17th July from Panipat to Mirzapur, and even after 13 days it hasn’t yet been delivered,
and the tracking status just shows "Shipment Booked" & location is Panipat!!

I have visited their local office, a person named Ajay said he will revert back within a couple of hours, but after that he has stopped receiving my calls and unprofessionally disconnects the line.

I have been trying both the customer care numbers[protected] and [protected], but these phone numbers never connects..

My package contained original reference samples and it is very very important for my business purpose!! Can anyone from Trackon give me a reply at [protected]@wonderweaves.com (I have also emailed twice) as currently where is my package & when it will be delivered?

My coaching material was sent to me (siliguri) from delhi via trackon. The website is showing delivered but I didnot receive my material. Pless resolve.

Itana bakwas service hai na ye courier ka, mera courier aa gaya hai pr abhi tk delivery nahi huyi hai 1 week se, 1 week ho gaya hai mera pan card aaye huye

I order CA books and more than 25 days passed but i still doesn't recive.
When I talk to customer care they doesn't provide any details regarding product

I would like to inform you that I have sent shipment on 23/07/2021 for Patna, this shipment needs to be hold at Siwan Trackon Office Mr.Rahul will collect it personally, I am trying and checking the status from last two days, it is still showing in Delhi Hub applicant check with customer care Patna they did not receive.

I am providing a number of delivery boy. The number is [protected]. I am from Ghaziabad he didn't give my order at my place he was denying not to come at my place..in fact he was at another place. And treating so bad.he was saying you come where I am otherwise you can't receive your order. Please take action on that guy.

My Pan card is not delivered, already passed 20 days,

Instead of delivery to Vikhroli it was return back to Andheri office,

Behaviour of the delivery boy was really bad. He doesn't even know how to talk to customers. I asked him to come forward for my order and he denied, even argued with me. Kindly work on your staff. Either change the staff or provide them proper training regarding how to talk to customer. I would say i got the worst delivery service. Please do work on it. He is not pick up phone calls and now cut calls..

We have a parcel from Jalandhar to Srinagar Dispatched on 15 July and rechers 20 July on Srinagar and the status shows Out For Delivery I call a represented Deliver Boy to deliver it he refuse to Deliver even I call him on 26 of July 3 times he say it is my wish when I wil deliver Parcel Tracked Number is [protected] So take a clear action against such irresponsible person who took more than 1 week to Deliver a parcel even it is more urgent for me

Dear Sir/Madam,
Today I have received your parcel at k. K. Junction ponnani, even though I was not there at place, I asked your staff to deliver my friend's shop, which is about just 200meters in peripheral. But he neglect to go by on time, I dare to see such how he behave like this.

Since you have no office there, he should have call me prior in advance, there by I could have arrange some one to pick, but he reached the spot and asked me to pick.

I hope that you will taken necessary action to address this issue, hence your staff will no more to behave like this to any of your customer. We haven't had any issue like this with professional, dtdc and etc.
