Hi I'm mahesh I got a message regarding pan card delivery through Trackon courier on 19th July, but not yet delivered.i have registered complaint on Trackon website and called them on numbers provided on their website but there is no response or revert back.please help.AWB[protected]

    with reference to the above complaint Subject TRACK ON AWB[protected]Pan) not received yet due to its received into Maliwada (Ahmadnagar)Track On AWB. I have discussed with them but they are saying that you have to collect it By hand.
    So, kindly discuss with Track On awb to send it on mentioned receivers address.

        Hello, sir

        I was apply online pan card date- Jul 22.7. 2021 all the payment has been done online but still physical pan card i am not received.

        i received a sms throw my mobile -[protected] on date :24.07.2021, nsdl team replied "Your PAN card has been dispatched on 23-Jul-2021 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application....

        Please help me track the lost parcel consignment No 13941339 booked on 17th July but despatched from Amritsar on 19th July for Srinagar. It has not been delivered till date. It is a 7 Kg parcel of perishable fruits, and we paid about two thousand as courier charges, It has been a miserable experience to have sent a parcel with Prime Trackon.                   My parcel received on 12 jully by trackon curriers meerut but till date (over a10day) by trackon...its urgent, because in parce important medicine for my son but track on not delever till date ..i complain online a lady call me and say 22 jul your parcel delevering but not dwlwver...

                    My Pan Card has reached the delivery location on 15-July-2021 and today is 24-July-2021 and it has not been delivered yet!...

                    Everyday i am calling delivery person, he is just saying that it will be delivered today.

                    One of the worst, unprofessional service, i have ever seen.
                    I request NSDL to take it serious and use other providers for pan card delivery.

                        today (23 July 21)at 5: 30 pm My Client has received the parcel at the above-mentioned address, already the parcel received as about 10days delay which is a big issue but above that the courier Boy had misbehaved with the client over the address, due to which she had asked to not to send a courier to her address. which is not a solution

                        kindly look into on priority to that courier boy sharing his contact no. +[protected]. he is not picking up my call after this incident.

                        please do the needful or i personally have to lodge a police complaint against your agency.
