The PAN Card was dispatched from Mumbai in Trackon couriers but is stuck in a Bangalore branch for more than 10 days and when we called for delivery they cut the phone. The tracking no. Is[protected].

I would like to inform you that I book a courier with Trackin Company With ID No. [protected] Dated 27.06.21 from Ghazipur Branch. Which parcel having some medicine which cost is approx Rs. 5000.00 to Vidhyut Control India Pvt Ltd. D-12&13 Sec-17 Kavi Nagar Industrial Area Ghaziabad 201002 . but parcel is yet not deliver. I complaint on Trackon web site complain no. c1708943 Dated 05.07.21 and also re complaint in continuous way but form company side no reply and status show its deliver to Ghazipur to Pradeep .

I request to you please deliver this parcel to me at my address Vidhyut Control India Pvt Ltd. D-12&13 Sec-17 Kavi Nagar Industrial Area Ghaziabad 201002 ASAP.

It is a reference to complaint lodged on 17th July 2021, at the track on the website regarding a missing item from the parcel that I had sent. The seal was opened the item was misplaced and then the bag was again packed with a white cellotape.

I had used their courier service to deliver dress items from Lucknow to Ranchi, and there were 1 Kurti, 1 palazzo, and 3 inners. the palazzo is missing from the bag. The agency that was in charge of delivering the parcel is giving no response.

I demand compensation for the item that is theft. I would appreciate your corporation in this matter.

WAITING FOR THE REPLY

I had complained earlier about pancard was not delivered since 2weeks though the status was shown “out for delivery”. Now the status shows “delivered with signature” and I have not received pancard. Important document like pancard can be delivered to anyone?? What service we people are getting from pancard ? How much serious issue is this please help.

On phone I have been assured delivery, but it is nowhere in sight.

I am not getting my parcel deliver at my address. They are asking us to collect the parcel. Even after calling many times, not receiving the call. Even I don't have tracking Id.

With due respect, I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the parcel I have sent parcel through your service by Air after 4 days the parcel is not recieve till date.it is very important your person commit that parcel will sure reach on time.

It's the worst courier service.

I had book a courier in a Delhi on 13th July and today is 16th July the courier

is on the way.

Booked a parcel from jalandhar to abohar on 09 July.no update till 15 July.tracking shows only till10 July 10.22 am.tried calling amritsar bathinda jalandhar.no satisfactory answers from anyone.worst experience ever with a courier company.pl look into the matter at the earliest.

Hi i am bhaskar sharma your people call me and told that they dont find my address and delivery man come back so if you give me money then i will delivered it you next day, i told her my mobile no was given there why your delivery man didnt call me then your people told some unwanted excuse then i aggred ok i will pay 50 rs then they send my pan card next day.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Sibananda Maharana, my pan card was sent through trackon courier and still it is lying with Trackon courier, Banjara Hills Road no-4 office. I was being called by a landline number asking to pick it up from their office. I been to there two times by taking 2hours leave from office. Though i waited for more than of 30min and called up on the number on which i was getting the calls. But nobody ever answered to my call. Today, again the same lady called up and asked to come before 1930hrs to get the pan card. After closing my office works i rush matching the timeline drenching in rain, but nobody were there at their office. This time i called to a mobile number which was available on the sign board. That guy was asking to wait till 2000hrs as the delivery boy went to drop another courier. I have asked them to deliver at my address in my pancard, but they never honored and every time asked to come at 1000 onwards.

I sincerely request the authority of the forum to kindly take action against the company and ask them to deliver as the address available on weekdays.

I have booked my parcel from Palampur for Guwahati. Mr Vivek Katoch assured that it will reach by one week. Since last three days there is no update in tracking information. We have called Mr. Katoch to look after the issue and also for resolving the issue as we have told him while booking the parcel that it should be delivered in urgent process only. He stopped receiving our calls. We called him from different number and he received the call and started giving false excuses like flood, route diversion, etc.
I request for Necessary action against Mr. Katoch for the misguide and for giving false assurance to the customer.
