Address: 1st Main Road,, near RT nagar post, Kavalbairasandra

My consignment number is[protected]. My parcel has not been delivered yet whereas i was been told that it'll be delivered by Saturday. Also on the tracking site it is showing me "out for delivery" "undelivered due to door lock" whereas i haven't received a message or call by the courier person regarding the delivery before arriving or after arriving at my door step. Now it's again showing out for delivery. I want my parcel as soon as possible to be delivered. The courier guy refused to take my call, and refused to deliver the parcel today inspite of showing me in the tracking site that it is out for delivery. The number of the courier person is this [protected]. I want my parcel as soon as possible as I have paid enough to have my parcel within 3 days. This is terrible and i want strict actions against this courier person.

    My consignment number is[protected]. The courier guy refused to take my call, and refused to deliver the parcel today inspite of showing me in the tracking site that it is out for delivery. The number of the courier person is this [protected]. I want my parcel as soon as possible as I have paid enough to have my parcel within 3 days. This is terrible and i want strict actions against this courier person

[protected] booked from Surat dated 15/03/23 but still not received by me whenever I call to depot, called to me your consignment under transit now he called to me my vehicle detained by police and raised penalty give 5000/- penalty to me if you want you consignment, without any fault.

                    He told me courier is in office if you need you will come and take parcel i will not deliver on adress if you will not come then i will return it. He talk very rudely i recorded our call also.

                        There is a parcel that was showing out of delivery from 23 March but I didn't received then I called them on 28 March they told me they will work on it in 24 hours . Suddenly in 28 March evening I got a message that my order is delivered but I didn't received it .

                          Hello,
                          My courier with ID [protected] is missing. It did not reach the address it was shipped to. Fake delivery and fake signature was shown to us. People at trackon store who collected our courier are not cooperating even on our 10th visit to the shop. It has valuable item (hearing aid) in it. Kindly look into the matter at urgent basis as it is a patient's medical device.

                              On date 06/03/23 courier by prime service send to Aurangabad, it was reached today at 10;50 morning, but still not delivered to given address,

                                  I had a package with Mba marksheets. However the delivery guy delivered to wrong adress to a wrong person.
                                  When i contacted the lal kua office they clearly mentioned that they are not liable they are not dhl and they dont call the recipient before delivering.
                                  I dont know what to do i am very stressed. I have attached all screenshots of the delivery adress mentioned and the wrong adress where the package is delivered.

                                    The trackon courier service initiated the return of the courier without attempting even a single delivery. We are facing a lot of problem since the courier contains MBA books, my exam is from next week. This is highly unprofessional behavior from the courier team. The person who is responsible for courier in my area was very rude, he himself was not aware as to why the courier has been returned without even making a single delivery attempt.
