Is very astonious to complain that our consignment no.[protected] dtd 2-6-21 from Mumbai to Bangalore, ( as shared by our supplier, Patco pharmaceuticals p ltd, Andheri, Mumbai)is not able to track and we, the Consignee, don't know how and whom to contact its whereabout status as it is for medicinal preparations urgently needed by us..

It's better you shut your courier company down when all over India the customer helpline that is there in the Internet it's not working at all

I got message on 22 th April and it was showing that your pan will be delivered in due time . More than 1 month has passed this Wrost service I ever seen .No one doing call me for my pan card and even also my address was correct .

I have placed an order for CA Final Books and i has been dispatched by ICAI Delhi as on 15/5/2021 and received in your vellore office 19/5/2021 and the trackon staff from sipcot (Near rainpet) called us and said us to collect it from sipcot Directly ineven though the order was home delivery.
I requested him that due to lockdown we dont have epasses also to go get the orders and atleast you courier people have epasses to make the delivery and i said him its my exam books and requested to homedelivery the staff said he will not do that in a rude behaviour and requested him to make home delivery after lockdown opens he said he will not do that also.

We have order some material and it should be received by May 10th 2021.
But the courier boy Mr. SANKET GAIKWAD lost the material or kept the material by signing himself on delivery note. Trackon tracking system also showing the same that material received by Sanket Gaikwad.
But still Trackon is not giving any response.

Local office in my city is not delivered my medicinces parcel as they excuses every time having not vehicle to deliver your consignment now from two days delivery man told me telephonically I m coming wait ...office from my store is 1.5 km a very poor service of Trackon coueriers .As regularly my consignment are booked by another couriers delivered at my door step I m very harrashed. As most of my patients medicines are in courier I request then pls delivered but no body cares .

I got message on 24 th April and it was showing that ur pan will be delivered in due time . More than 1 month has passed and when I call them they are telling me that your pan has return to Mumbai when I asked them why u returned it back without informing me they cut the call .Wrost service I ever seen .No call while my pan came their and even the adress was correct .now they are making excuses only .you can check their reviews in google map also

I have applied for PAN Card earlier this month. I've got confirmation message from NSDL stating that PAN Card has been allocated for me and it will be dispatched on 28th May. Later I received a message that PAN card is sent by Trackon and got the Consignment number to check the status.

When I check the tracking status on trackon website it shows out for delivery on 1st June. I haven't received till now and no one is picking up the call.

Hello sir/madam.
The product that I booked haven't got delivered, but by looking at the online status it is showing that it got delivered with signature.

I some how managed to trace the contact number of the track on service and called them, they said that one guy came for delivery but he wasn't able to trace the address, so the product is in ANF(Address not found) status.

As they are agreeing that ANF...
