I booked a shipment bearing consignment no.[protected] from Trackon from Chandigarh to Patna, containing COVID essentials for a patient.
It was an Air Shipment that I booked on 18th May. It has been 10 days and I haven’t received the parcel yet. For the past 2 days it is stuck in Patna RO and when I ask them to send the parcel, they say that they can’t deliver the parcel due to non-availablity of staff and ask me to come to pick up the shipment.

My Pan card not received yet
About 30 days

I received a message from NSDL PAN card center that they Shipped my pan card and reached trackon miyapur branch on Apr 28th 2021. It's been a month now.. It hasn't been delivered.. Finally we visited the branch on 27th may2021.. And the staff Gowtham made me wait for 1hour to say that the card is missing.. But online it still shows it's lying in miyapur branch.. Staff is so reluctant and they are not at all organized in managing the deliveries and this pan card being an govt I'd proof and so important to be delivered to customer as soon as possible I don't know why NSDL chose this highly in efficient courier service.. There is still no answer about my pan card delivery and how it went missing.. Highly disappointed with Track on courier services..

This is the worst couirer service neither getting any update not able to raise complaint...no one since last 15 days is responding even on call...it's been more than 25 days product not delivered I want resolution asap...is this the way you guys give resolution...

My awb number is[protected] and i tracked my card had been successfully reached my city at this month starting but i have not received yet and by tracking its showing rto due to no service i need my pancard urgently for business purpose. 601301 is my pincode and [protected] is my mobile number pls call me when courier reaches.

Its has been more then since i have been waiting for my parcel. I spoked to banglore and ballary both saying they don't have my parcel.

Courier has to be delivered to IFB industries corporate office. Status showing address not found, wherein all details including phone number is there. Please coordinate ASAP.

My pan card is dispatched on 15th May and it has received the Chennai office of trackon by 18th May as per status in trackon website.it has been a week and it has not been delivered yet, I'm in urgent need of pan card . I have tried contacting the Chennai office but they didn't respond at all.My consignment I'd is[protected].it will take only around 40 minutes to deliver it to my residential address so kindly request them to deliver quickly

Tracking no[protected]...where is my courier no body is picking up my ph ...i am tracking it since yesterday ...it is showing in transit to chuchura ...what should i do now ...my item was supposed to deliver in sheoraphuli hooghly ...they r patient ...and waiting for the courier desperately..

I have applied for PAN Card earlier this month. I've got confirmation message from NSDL stating that PAN Card has been allocated for me and it will be dispatched. Later I received a message that PAN card is sent by Trackon and got the Consignment number to check the status.

When I use the number to track my card online in the trackon website it shows out for delivery on 18th May. I havent recieved till now and no one is picking up the call.

We got a call from Mobile No. [protected] and told that collect courier from the Trackon Dighi facility if not collected your courier will return. The address she told us which is more than 2 Km from our company.
This lady was very rude to me over the phone and refuse to deliver the courier.
This is very unprofessional and rude behavior of your staff.
Please take attention to this matter and update us if your service is not available at the below address.

I was to receive this courier by 12/05/2021.
It was a 2 box of books from ICAI.we were waiting because, it is all pandemic and so we were also in patience.But the below acts are making us to lift things to your side.

1. I did not receive the parcel on 15/5/2021 but i got an delivered message on the date.Attaching the same for your reference.why such a bogus delivery status is marked??

2.The other confusion was, coimbatore hub says my parcel comes under mettupalayam zone.The person in mettupalayam said my locality does not come under their purview.
This is not a problem because might be due to pandemic they say it all this way.

3.The mettupalayam zone states they have received only one parcel whereas on the parcel box it clearly mentions, it has 2 pieces.when spoke to mettupalayam branch they say they have got only one parcel.Attaching the same for your reference.

Whereas when spoke to coimbatore operations team, they say both the parcels are only in mettupalayam.

Please address the same at the earliest possible as my course is in process and i want the books at the earliest possible.

Useless courier services should be closed or should be managed properly taking extra charges from costumers. I got a call from courier he told me your courier will be delivered today kindly pay such amount the time I have Gpay the amount he started ignoring my calls and not answering the calls and its being 5 days my courier is not being delivered. USELESS THIRD CLASS SERVICE COURIER SHOULD BE FINED AND CLOSED ASAP.
