PAN CARD of my wife Anuva Sinha was dispatched by the IT Department at my address (Flat no. 4B, 192C Picnic Garden Road, Kolkata 700 039) through Trackon Courier.
As it was taking longer than usual to receive the article (AWB no.[protected] on 23rd April when i tracked the article on the Trackon Website, i could learn that it was delivered on 20th April 2021 though no such article was delivered.
I immediately tried calling on their customer care number for Kolkata ([protected]) but to no avail. No answered my phone even though i called close to around 100 times on the number for the next 3-4 days.
So I headed to the trackon website to lodge a complaint, but the website is not receiving any complaints owing to Covid Situation.
So i tried calling the complaint registering numbers[protected] / [protected]. Both the number are IVRS activated and both get automatically disconnected after welcoming the caller.
DISGUSTING SERVICE BY A COMPANY PROVIDING ESSENTIAL SERVICES WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
I AM SUFFERING HARASSMENT AND MENTAL AGONY.
Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
