Sir, my product was to go to Saharanpur which was given 2 days time. Despite that the product was delivered more than 1 week.Sir, the proposal to send my product was not complete because he was late.When I spoke to the franchisees, what did they say to me, Misbehave, that you as lawyers are just like those who wish to do so.
Sir, I wish that you do not take stick action against them, then I will file a case against you in the court.

    Sir my AWB no is[protected]. Which is not yet received. When I call our office in ganganagar his way of talking is not good..
    I will take action against him.
    I have recording also..
    This is very important document for me..
    If it is not receive in time I will suffer very big loss...

      Worst rude behaivour of employ in jammu kashmir srinagar about my delivery parcel. Such i worst delivering service i ever seen no one take my call and i filled fir against employ working in srinagar sf batmaloo please give me justice and take action against employ other wise i will go to court or viral it on social media... I

        Dear Sir / Madam, My name is Sumit Pandey, I am from Agra Uttar Pradesh, I had applied for PAN Card on 06/04/2021 and Tax invoice cum acknowledgement no. is N - [protected] and Receipt is attached here. It's almost 1 month passed away but my PAN Card is still not delivered to me. When I check with the Tax invoice cum acknowledgement no. which is N - [protected]. I found that it was dispatched by 24/04/2021 and I found the Courier Partner name which is Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd and the Airway Bill no. which is [protected] . When I check with the Courier Partner Website which is http://trackoncourier.com, I found that is was out for delivery by 30/04/2021, Then after that I speak with the courier partner delivery boy and his answer is that he will not delivered me PAN Card . So i am requesting you to please check that above mentioned issue and deliver me PAN card as soon as possible. --

          Dear trackon,

          I am from Piyush Kumar Jaipur, I work in Mankind Pharma Company. My company sent me important medicine parcal from trackon courier company a few days before today, which came to Jaipur for more than 1 week and this parcel is lying in the courier company. In which my medicines have come and Today, on the morning of 3 May 2021, I got a call in the morning whose mobile number is [protected] and I am asking to take my parcal of tracon company from Jaipur to my office instead of giving it to my house. And use abuse and misbehave And if anything happens to me, it will be the responsibility of the trackon company. I'm not agree your company employees policy.

            Address: NO 212/34/9, KOGILU MAIN ROAD, NEXT TO CANOPY CREST APARTMENT. YELAHANKA, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA - 560064

            My PAN was dispatched from Mumbai on 18.04.2021 and reached Bangalore hub on 19.04.2021. But it still have not reached to my home address, Its been like around 17 days. I tried reaching them No body is answering phone calls nor they are taking any complaints on their website. I need my PAN card ASAP. I hv works to do but I am unable to do because of these guys.

            My pan card has been dispatched on 4 jun 2021 and still It is not delivere and when I try to check status on Track On courier Website it is saying that undelivered due to no service

              Its showing delivered whereas I have not received

              Status is showing delivered with signature but I haven’t received the same..how u guys can be so lethargic..you just cant deliver things to other address..and update status as delivered with signature..u vl have to bear the loss for doing such things..soo disgusting...

              I have a parcel with AWB #[protected]. Trackon site mentioned that my parcel is delivered but I have not received it.

              I have raised complaint but it was closed without discussing with me just mentioning that “delivered”. But I am staying at my address no one attempted any delivery.

              I tried calling their customer care no but no one is picking up the phone. I have tried several times since yesterday.

              Please track my parcel and deliver it. Also provide accurate information on your website.

                PAN CARD of my wife Anuva Sinha was dispatched by the IT Department at my address (Flat no. 4B, 192C Picnic Garden Road, Kolkata 700 039) through Trackon Courier.
                As it was taking longer than usual to receive the article (AWB no.[protected] on 23rd April when i tracked the article on the Trackon Website, i could learn that it was delivered on 20th April 2021 though no such article was delivered.
                I immediately tried calling on their customer care number for Kolkata ([protected]) but to no avail. No answered my phone even though i called close to around 100 times on the number for the next 3-4 days.
                So I headed to the trackon website to lodge a complaint, but the website is not receiving any complaints owing to Covid Situation.
                So i tried calling the complaint registering numbers[protected] / [protected]. Both the number are IVRS activated and both get automatically disconnected after welcoming the caller.
                DISGUSTING SERVICE BY A COMPANY PROVIDING ESSENTIAL SERVICES WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
                I AM SUFFERING HARASSMENT AND MENTAL AGONY.

                          I have applied for pancard on March 30 2020 and it is reached at trackon office at kayamkulam, kerala on April 7th .when I contacted agent their behavior was rude and not willing to deliver to my address.

                          Solved my issue after long waiting. Please make sure that the trackon courier agent is working customer friendly or educate them how to treat customers..My humble request to NSDL please choose a different courier service other than trackon courier for PANCARD delivery.

                          I have received pan card yesterday after putting complaint here.I already mailed to your customer care but I didn't received any update.I have a humble request to NSDL. Please choose some other courier service other than trackon. India post is much better than this.

But the person having this number answering very rudely . Asking to take the delivery from office. To avoid the legal action & complications please deliver the parcel today only.

                                  I've applied for PANcard last month and I've got confirmation from NSDL that it is dispatched via Trackon Couriers.

                                  But, it has reached the Hazra Hub on 9th April and has not been delivered to my address yet.

                                  I've tried calling them, but no one ever picks up.

                                  I need my PANCard urgently, please try to deliver it as soon as possible.
