On 24the November i have sent a courier to gujarat from Track on courier. Even after a week's time the parcel had not reach to the customer I called up the courier guy and ask him to give status, I have been chasing him since a week but he was not able to answer me in a proper manner whether the courier has reach or not finally he accepted that the courier got misplaced by them.

I asked him what is going to happen next he added I will find the courier and return to you which took another week to confirm bit no result at the end.Then the guy started miss behaving and said do whatever you wish to i cant give you anything now.I request you all to pls look into the matter or else The next step can be harsh and all the things i would put up on twitter and going to lodge an complain o consumer court

      The consignment was booked from Noida on the 7th of December, 2020 for Patancheru, Hyderabad (502319).
      It has been over two weeks and the item has not been delivered. The tracking site shows delivery out of area. Tried contacting the respective hubs but the atttude of the people there is too casual. One Mr. Goutham who is the supposed incharge of the SanathNagar hub, where the package is stuck is not even picking up the calls. The customer care number is unresponsive. There is no proper redressal arrangement. This courier service is a scam. There is no proper complaint email id to mail and even the complaint enquiry on teh website is non responsive. Now my courier is stuck and have no way to know. The concerned official talk roughly and are not ready to help at all. I just wish for my parcel to be delivered to the address. would never use thsi courier service again. Its a headache.

        invalid trackon no. / detail not found...!

        Pan Card sent by NSDL on 18/12/20 but Trackon Courier tracking service is showing error i.e. Invalid Trackon No. / Detail Not found. My traCking no. Is[protected]. Kindly help....

        My order consignment number[protected] is showing out for delivery from 19/12/20 and still I didn't got the parcel. The reason giving for attempted was given as address not found or no number, when I check with the sender he informed number is already shared with them.
        Please contact me on [protected] asap and deliver the product.
        Even customer care number is of no use ni one can contact through them as I am trying regularly from past 3 days with no sucess, I doubt how this company is running it's support if number are always busy or switch off.
        Even I tried all numbers for others states aswell just to check if it works I am shocked to same issue with all states number.

        Please take this seriously or I am going to legal steps on this.

          Courier :[protected] is lying nearby and courier guy rajesh and his lead jalaluddin delivered at wrong society and even after clarifying rajesh did not deliver to correct place and asking additional money to fill his bike if i need the package. Since friday no one is lifting my calls and customer care once lifted and talked rudely- sector4 greater noida west. I even tried to other officials and dropped the email but no response. This is urgent package but trackon has least professional attitude to it work and customer. Pathetic service by trackon couriers

              I still doesn't receive my courier booked on 5th December 2020 while looking tracking it shows processing bag for tiruppur on 8th December 2020 still as on today date 20 December 2020 no response from booking office side its very worst response from your side herewith I have mentioned my courier details take the necessary action and send me the updated details

                Today at around 05:00 evening I got a courier from trackon and the parcel inside I got was completely damaged and after receiving and after open I was shocked to see my paracel it was really traffic to se that .
                It was completely damaged jar of pickle.so look into the matter and resolve it with good service.And my order no is [protected].

                  A career was done on 12/12/2020 by trackon for Rs 340 in urgent najafgarh to Dehradun. But after 17/12/2020 did not receive from where the courier had gone. when i came to know that he says that its received it. But we did not receive that courier . He says that we can't do any thing in this matter. My couier missing . request to you plz find it.
                  No body taking responsibility for this. No any contact no of delivery boy . couier boy .This problem has happened to me before. My courier came back after 10 days, but as of now there is no idea of ​​this courier I request you. Check that .

                    Trackon is not delivering my two parcel since 15 dec. 2020. where the on tacking page the both parcel is held at Jodhpur Local Trackon office. When I raised complaint they replied that the area is not under there service. I called to given mob. [protected](found on its site) but he never respond.

                                      The Trackon website shows that they have delivered my pan card on 4/12/2020 but i have not recieved it yet.
                                      I tried calling their local office, main office but there was not response.
                                      I would like to talk to them as soon as possible because Pan card is a important documnet and I have urgent need of it.
                                      The trackon Courier should get back to me, my AWB no. is[protected].
