Hi,
My package is blocked with Trackon Whitefield hub, Bangalore. They are not picking the calls and not available in the address. I have some important stuff in the
Parcel. Please take any action on them. They are not responding for the calls. I'm trying since last one week.

I just sent an courier via your services on 2nd Dec afternoon but till time i am getting no info about that on your official tracking website .

When we track the courier it says delivery manifest prepared on 28th of Nov only, but we haven't receive the courier.
Kindly do the needful.

My PAN card was to be given by your company to the home address or it has not been reached by your agent and the agent calls and asks that you collect the parcel from the office. Why?

TBLRH[protected] transaction says it is out for delivery on 24/11. I have not received it.
Please call me or let me know the status

Your service and executive are not cooperative.. my parcel reached indore 28th of nov still not received my parcel yet..

N number of time i tried to connect but no one is there to response and when I connect there's noone to coordinate properly..

Do the needful asap.

PAN card of my son was sent by NSDL PAN services on 19 Nov 2020 through Trackon Mumbai. It is still not delivered. On 28th Nov 2020 I raised a complaint. Trackon called and told that it would be delivered on that day itself. Again I received a call today saying it will be delivered today -30th Nov.

Nobody attends phone.

This service is useless, non customer friendly, and deserves 0 rating.

I received email from NSDL that my PAN has been dispatched on 21-Nov-2020 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected].
I kept checking my package in their website and found that it is out for delivery since 26.11.20. (Screenshot 1)
On 27th I raised a query on their website post which i receive a call from a person asking me if I have received PAN card, for which I replied NO.
Within few minutes I get a SMS saying my package has been signed and delivered. (Screenshot 2)
Interesting part is I dint get my PAN card at all.

Tired calling all their Customer Care number but no response. Tried calling Mumbai office still no response. Sent Email to their Customer Care still no response.

Sent Email to NSDL customer care with my issue, response got was that " PAN card has been dispatched on 21-Nov-2020 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time."

Still waiting for my PAN Card.

This is so disgusting!!!

My package was received by the Bangalore center on 9/11/2020 from Mumbai. I haven't received my package yet. None of the contact numbers work. It's really frustrating as I really want that package as soon as possible. Please look into this matter and respond as quickly as possible.

I have sent a courier to my residence at jaipur wide AWB No 14552558.
The same is returned stating address not found.
We are living there from 10 years, how can the address be not found, and then when I spoke to call centre there they said its an empty plot.
I dont understand how can this be possible. Neither did they call on mentioned numbers, just returned the courier.

A courier in the name of Chandni s kumar with consignment no:[protected] has been reached the kochin hub more than a month back but they haven't delivered it yet. And their customer care service is so irresponsible, the complaint filed on their site has not yet been replied.

I have sent a courier just 120 km from y place and first I was told there are 2 types of courier prime and normal, In prime I paid Rs 70 for just 120 km so that mu courier can be tracked online and also assurance of fast delivery, But all the promises are fake.

The courier reacher the nearest hub after 2 days and after that 3 days it was lying in the hub and no one came for delivery. I exhausted all their helpline no.s even...

My shipment no is [protected] and sent it to muzaffarpur on dated 9.11.2020 and packaged arrived on dated 12.11.2020 at muzaffarpur, and I talk to Mr Brajesh many times he assured me that courier sent today on door step but today on 18.11.2020 package not received.

Couriers boy not delivered couriers on my address any time

I want my pakage no one deliver my pakage on my house i enquire no help is provided from your side .

Products were couriered from Surat on 09th November 2020 and assurance was taken if it will reach within a days time. However it did not reach even after 2 days. Then after multiple follow up in our nearest branch it was informed that the courier had reached some other branch. After contacting them they said it was dispatched to yet another branch which was no where near our address. Then after 4-5 days when we received it more than 50% of the products were damaged. They were properly box packaged items but still they were damaged due to mishandling by the courier service and cannot be used now. The box had cracks.The cost of total courier is Rs. 8000. We immediately called the courier branches.. Nobody is ready to take the responsibility.We are unable to attach pictures below. Kindly contact on [protected].
