My pan card is not delivered but on tracking it shows that it is delivered with stamp on Ashoka garden while Ashoka garden is not my address. So where did they delivered my pan card

I booked Courier Under Docked No [protected] to Mohali On 1 Dec22, Will Not Delivered Till 5 Dec 22, When I Checked On Web, Contact [protected] of Mohali Does Not Activate. Then I Called Jhandewalan Delhi Office [protected] that Also Does Not Activate.. All these Number Show On Official Website Of Travkon Courier. My Document Is Urgent Catagory and Needs to Submit In Court On 5th Dec 22. Pathetic Service By Trackon.

This is referring to the previous complaint against the delivery.
The item received yesterday ie., 02.11.2022 evening in a fully broken stage even after mentioning that the item is fragile .

I booked courier in Prime track on 24.11.2022. The item is not yet delivered. But, the tracking status and the officials are saying that it was delivered on 29.11.2022.

Tried contacting Trackon helpline number and had spoken also. But, they are not responding properly.

Trackon Courier website shows status that PAN card has reached Patna on 16 october 2022 . It has been more than 1 month and this courier agency (Trackon ) has not delivered my PAN card at my home address . I request you to please take strict action against that courier agency and help me in getting my PAN card .

I received message from NSDL that my PAN has been dispatched via TrackOn couriers on 14/Nov/2022 and they provided with an Airway Bill No. But when i try to check the status on Trackon site, it always returns an error "Error ! Invalid Trackon No. / Detail Not found...!". It is 27-Nov and till date i have not received my courier or any update.

Kindly resolve this issue ASAP and see to it TrackOn online service is functioning properly.

After 5 days my pan card reach to destination hub i.e. Bhopal Hub it is not delivered yet. Shipment was booked on 17 Nov and Shipment reach to Bhopal on 18 Nov but till today 23 Nov I didn't receive my pan card.

Trackon is famous for losing and misdeliver couriers, why NSDL is sending important document like Pan card via private courier and not sending via Indian Postal service like speed post.

Looking for quick resolution and action against Trackon Couriers

This is not the 1st time, everytime if any courier comes from trackon they never do delivery here, they will never call also and send the parcel back from where it has come. We have to call them eveytime that our courier has come, when are you going to deliver.
For that they say we don't have anyone to deliver the parcel you have to come and pickup on you own.
And this time no one is answering the call, calling them day and noght from 3 days.

Through my pan card acknowledgement number, I tracked on nsdl’s site and found out my card was dispatched on 12th November and the TRACKON courier status for my pancard has been updated 3 days back that my card reached its destination and a manifest has been prepared for ‘Chandayangutta’ and it hasn’t been updated ever-since. Also, the helpline number of the courier service is unresponsive. I need the card within the next 2 days. Please respond and help.

One consignment No. [protected] booked from Ambala and reached destination on[protected] at 11.10 AM, not yet delivered even after 50 hr. (More than 2 days). I talked to Trackon office Kota, just now. He told that it can take up to 7 days to deliver, he talked very rudely and misbehaved. My Location is in the proper Kota City & approx. 7 km from the main Trackon office.

Applied for PAN card and got AWB No[protected] from NSDL.

As per tracking status on Trackon Couriers it has been delivered on 30/10/2022 and signed.

The same has not been received by me or at my home address and accordingly raised a complaint with Trackon couriers and received the complaint submission confirmation No - C2498649.

The issue is not being resolved by the Trackon company.

I booked Mumbai to sujangarh rajsthan trackon courier service by a sumsung led tv, but they are delivered me my sumsung led tv display broken, , i was talking courier shop but he not help me ..i claim courier service repair my tv or refund my money!!

I forward the package from Delhi to Manali they are clearly told me that the package will deliver at the door step but now they denied the package for door step delivery when I told that deliver the package to door step after that they threaten me to return the package

On 02nd November i got message from NSDL pan card will be delivered by TRACKON COURIERS with AWD no. [PRIVATE], I went to their website on 4th November morning but it is showing the pan card is delivered on 3th November with signature but i haven't recieve any call from TRACKON COURIERS. I registered complain on TRACKON 1st they say it is delivered with signature, when i re-complained they message me my order is undelivered because i didn't...

Pattambi office staff called me on 03 Nov 2022 and told we don't have delivery facility to pin code 679336, (in fact your Pattambi office is hardly 5 kilometers away from my house)
While dispatching the consignment from Delhi we have verified the PIN and confirmed the service availability to my PIN code.
When I checked your tracking system - Pattambi staf[censored]pdated that ''unable to deliver due to Consignee will collect' which is absolutely false statement. when called and checked regarding this system update - Pattambi office staff told me that they are selecting the default option from the system

kindly note that your Pattambi office staff is not customer friendly and he is so rude, he threatened that he will return the item if not collected from your office

My courier was marked (in their tracking site) as delivered even though I had not received it. After waiting for a couple of days, I reached out to the merchant and eventually reached the TrackOn courier support.
1. They shared a photo of a paper which marked my courier as delivered and a 'delivery signature' which had my first name initial and last name (misspelt) written on it. [Whatsapp conversation on numbers:[protected],[protected]]

3. I had called both the numbers repeatedly and they have been disconnecting my call or haven't been picking up the call.

I had applied for pan card on pan card on 18 oct. It was sent to my hone address through trackon courier. This was sent from govt of india on 27 oct is not yet delivered to me. Track on courier are refusing to deliver to my home address. I am worried if they have lost the pan card also. sasaram trackon icharge misbehave and told that he will not deliver...

The awb tracking shows that the consignment has been delivered but it hasn't. It has been a long time since I ordered but I still have not received my order. Please look into the matter and do the needful

The pan card was dispatched by NSDL on 12th of October 2022
and the consignment was arrived in my state. Still it has not reached to my home. It has been more than 17 days since the item have not reached.
still my consignment is undelivered. I am also going to file a complaint to Chief income tax commissioner.

and when i searched my update in Trackon Couriers Pvt.Ltd they have updated in their system that (it"s been delivered)
