I have couriered AC 1 TON Loyed by Trackonon date 15 May 2020, they are not providing POD and there is no record updated on trackon online tracking site. I need an urgent POD and online tracking update of my Consignment No [protected] . its almost 45 days they have not providing the POD or even there is no online recored they have maintain to track. Very pathetic service, I nee POD and online updated record to get the refund from amazon. i...

As my awb number [protected] is still at noida hub from 21 march 2020. Please courier this as soon as possible, as receivable person is waiting for the courier.

I have courier from jaisalmer to dhanbad and its was supposed to deliver within 5 days but it took around 12 days i have to called 5 time then they told i have to collect it from the branch they won't deliver at my home but finally i got my parcel and when i opened that some product was broken. I am very disappointed with the service

My important package has been arrived at bhubaneshwar centre on 25th june. First of all they do not deliver the couriers to home, and secondly when i went there to collect it at 29th june they said they were not able to find the good as a lot of packages were there. These packages were bundled up as they do not deliver goods. It continously remains there. There costoumer care also do not pick up calls. What a # service.

These three shipments are not delivered from app more than a month. Even after raising complaints there is no update. No mobile/customer care number is answered.

Trackon is behaving irresponsibly when they should be more proactive. The customer needs to be informed if they are seeking information.

I have sent parcel from greater noida to sheikhpura, bihar. It is showing that delivery manifest prepared for sheikhpura but it has been a week since the last update. The estimated time i was provided for the whole process was 7-10 days but it has been stuck at a place for more than a week and there is no contact possible with customer care executives. I think they should update me as what is the cause for delay and estimated time in which i can receive it.

I want to complaint about your staff irresponsibility. We send our parcel for france on with proper documentation which were suggested by your staff at blue dart una branch. They verified and send our parcel to chandigarh first on 18th june 2020 and said further your parcel would be dispatched from chandigarh to france only then we could share docket no. With you. Today is 27th, i got nothing from your staff and parcel is stuck at chandigarh only. No information given by your staff to us from blue dart chandigarh by miss. Mehga. I was continuously calling her but no reply. Today on 27th, i called her then she said our paper work is incomplete. But they never informed about this to me. My question is, if there was incomplete documents against parcel then how our parcel shipped from una dhl to chandigarh?? They never informed me about this. This is so irresponsible thing. Trackon showing pending on given tracking no.[protected]

I ordered something which was to delivered by trackon services. I ordered it on 6 march and the delivery location was of my college and my parcel was outside my college on 12th March but due to this coronavirus read my colleges of so I requested the delivery man to take my parcel back and whenever I will return I will pick up my parcel from your office but when I track my parcel on Trackon side I see that they have shown the parcel status is delivered with signature I want to know how it is delivered with signature when I haven't received it as I was not in my college Annu from last 3 4 months I am trying to call to reach the Trackon side but they have the purest customer care services not replying to my calls my text I want the result of my complaint as soon as possible

I ordered some books from icai delhi. The books dispatched from delhi on 16thjune but till now i didn't get my books. When i try to track it shows only in transit to bhubneswar. What kind of service they are providing. When i try to call their customer care executive nobody is lifting the call.

We have courier our material from chandigarh to karnal (Ndri karnal) infavour of dr. Kamal gandhi (Scientist) but delivery person using rough language with the person instead of deliver the material to the real person and also deny to deliver the material, your delivery person contact no.[protected] name is varinder/ravinder. I had sent 2 laptops to my office address and they have not yet been received by the office.. My office is an mnc and will take strong action if the laptops donot reach them.
Please look into this urgently

My order is a inverter and my order is stuck in noida from last 2 days i live in meerut
And it take only 2 hours to reach meerut but my parcel is stucked in noida

Screen broken found when received infront of delivery boy. No one is assisting. No helpline number working.

Very pathetic service, they will not deliver the consignment to the consignee at al. Mr shashikant (Who claimed to be the owner) was very very rude and abusive. Hope someone from higher authority take strict action against them. They are located in maruthinagar, kogilu main road near yelahanka

I received courier damaged pakaing pressed so the packet turned bend and the product inside broken. Its securely packed with bubble plastics inside hard packet. Your faculty does not care about product. Take solution otherwise i file complaint in consumer court.

Its been 2 weeks, still i havent received the parcel. No message or any intimation call from their side.
I tried calling their customer service numbers of delhi and mumbai so many times. But nobody picks it up. I even registered a complaint (Complaint number is c1357191) on their website as mentioned but noone even responded to that complaint. Kindly assist

I ordered a persel at mumbai... The courier arrived at siliguri.. At west bengal... But i did not get my persel. And few day i don't tracking information

Our franchise partner company sent the package of medicine through trackon courier on[protected] from ambala, haryana to palakkad, kerala.
The package not yet delivered and none of the contact numbers of trackon courier is responding. We are in a critical situation that the products are so necessary for our business. Please consider it as a complaint and take necessary action on this. Thank you
