I want to complaint about your staff irresponsibility. We send our parcel for france on with proper documentation which were suggested by your staff at blue dart una branch. They verified and send our parcel to chandigarh first on 18th june 2020 and said further your parcel would be dispatched from chandigarh to france only then we could share docket no. With you. Today is 27th, i got nothing from your staff and parcel is stuck at chandigarh only. No information given by your staff to us from blue dart chandigarh by miss. Mehga. I was continuously calling her but no reply. Today on 27th, i called her then she said our paper work is incomplete. But they never informed about this to me. My question is, if there was incomplete documents against parcel then how our parcel shipped from una dhl to chandigarh?? They never informed me about this. This is so irresponsible thing. we have sent one material from trackon courier bahadurgarh to trackon chennai on 21st may . parcel having one small machine having capital value and it was very urgent.
after 23rd may there is no updates on the website . and we ajust chasing courier person from past one week for trace it .
their chennai person confirmes it is not arrived to them .
whereas delhi people saying it is there only.
material cost is around 3 lakh rs and it was very urgent .
