I sent 3 boxes with an approximate value of products of 12000 rupees. But due to trackon's mismanagement, all the products got broken. It was sent with one of the most expensive delivery just to ensure safety. Also, products were covered with bubble wraps and double cardboards.
It is clearly visible that the boxes were mishandled by the delivery partners. They are highly unqualified and unprofessional personnel. Even on the boxes, it was clearly mentioned that the product is delicate and needs proper handling.

I need my refund back for the products broken. It cost around 10000 as a whole.

The courier was done on 19th march 2020 but the courier is not yet delivered to the destination (Hyderabad). The courier person named kalyan does not give any update or responding to my calls either. I have never expected this kind of service from trackon as we are working with them for a long time. I want a resolution for this at the earliest as i am also answerable to the person i have couriered the products too. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

But mera courier 3 din se bareilly me fansa hua he, bareilly trackon bale shahjahanpur up ke liye koi gadi nhi bhej rhe courier ke liye, sir usme mere documents hein urgent jinka pahunchna bhut jruri he ajj[protected] hogyi mgar abhi tkk nhi phuncha hmara courier....

The consignment has reached gurgaon office from hyderabad but no updates on getting it delivered to my address. Have contacted more than 20 people regarding this but most of the numbers are unreachable and others keep sharing numbers to get me connected to some other branch. The pickup branch said it will reach within 5 days but it's already 7 days and i am not even able to track it down to get it delivered to my address

Totally a group of frauds... My mother's pan card was about to arrive. From past 6 to 7 days my mother has been getting calls from banks that she has applied for a loan. It was discovered.. That was done by an employee named raghavendra singh. He updated in status that consignment has been delivered (Updated his no. And address in the same) and when we called him he started abusing us and said it has been intentionally done by him, and told us that he is not afraid of anyone, his no. Is [protected]. I have lodged a police complaint.
Take some legal action against such fraudsters.

My consignment number 12879864 but not delivered even after 59 days and they are not able to tell where my courier is . There is no customer care also. Trackon prime cheats people.

I added screenshots for reference. Please let me know if any more information is needed. This type of frauds of such courier company to be stopped.

I have made a parcel for Kolkata from Chittorgarh, Rajasthan with consignment number [protected]. The courier is still not delivered. I have generated multiple complaints but there is no resolution and response till date. I will go to any level and raise it on every social platform if resolution not given. Look into this matter on priority.

I regret to inform you the irresponsible approach of your staffs asking me to come and collect the courier from west tambaram, chennai office. My courier was with trackon since[protected], my trackon id:awb[protected]. Yesterday a person from west tambaram hub asking me to collect the courier which is 6km from my area. Due to corona no public transport or auto. How can i go and collect it. My residence is very near to state highway.in my area there is no corona sealed places. Kindly take action to deliver my courier by today. Hope your necessary action will improve customer friendly attitude. Thanks

Sent a courier on 16-mar-2020. Courier person said it will be delivered at max by 2 days so opted it. It's almost 3 days now, i called them to tell that courier not delivered and to ask when they are delivering it. Executive was rude and said there is no service available and they will send weekly once only to the area (It hub and sez zone). This is ridiculous and very prompt way of cheating customers.
Please take strict action on this trackon couriers.

This parcel was sent on 07 feb 2020 from gurgaon.
But till date it is not delivered to Ahmedabad.
On enquiry with the Ahmedabad office i got to know that it was returned with reason that address is incomplete but company didn't contacted me for getting the full address and returned without contacting, behavior of the person answering was very rude.
Second thing it is 17 march 2020 till date courier is not returned to the consignee as well.
They are charging for the service but not giving proper reponse / service
Kindly compensate for the inconvenience caused to the consignee and consignor

I need it urgently. As i have no other kyc to produce for my aadhar card preparation. And last date of 31st march is approacing. If i face any harm from bullies of tax department then may i know who will bear my responsbliti on their shoulder. So please do it as early as possible. I have heard from mumbai call centre of track on that consignment is in transit between mumbai and thane. Atleasr late me know where it has reached now.
