I have booked documents in trackon courier on 4th dec 2019 from delhi shakarpur 110092, but my consignments are not received on delivered address. I am trying to connect with customer care but they are not giving me any information about my courier, they simply say "we registered your complaint, team will contact you soon". But i didn't get any cal or information from customer care team. Today is 12dec 2019. Still not able to track on tacking services. Please help..

I had raised a request for new pan on in the last month. Though the pan got generated very soon and i received the e-pan in the last month only but i have not yet received the physical pan card.
Trackon couriers' consignment no:[protected] still not received in my home address even though trackon website says that it has reached the nearest hub on 2nd dec 2019 itself.
I need it to be delivered by 12th or 13th december 2019 at least as i need it for financial purposes.
It is an extremely urgent requirement.
I tried calling to the numbers provided in their website for patna location:
[protected] [protected]. Nobody is picking up.
Please help. It is urgent.

I booked a one consignment to Noida, sector 90 from Lucknow on 14/11/2019, POD is [protected], but packet is not delevered till date and return to lucknow trackon courier hub without delvered, When we contact Trackon Courier office of Sector 91, Noida, Mr.Rohit said that packet is not delivered & return to lucknow on 7/12/2019.

Its been almost more than 2 months but courier not received. Most urgent important documents. Also submitted a compliant wide no. T1100622, but they are also having no information about delivery information

[protected] &[protected] this docket number product are one[protected] is hand over to some other person we went so many times to the hub but no action is taken till now and other docket number [protected] this product till now we don't no where it is and no action is taken till now and no intimation to the customer very bad service we hope you will take proper action on it

I applied pan card. I got one message your pan card will deliver to you via trackon courier but still i didn't get my pan card. Wgen i go and ask the pan card office they gave 1 guy number to call, i called that guy he said it will delivered tomorrow, now i am he didn't pickup the call.. Really worst service ever.. Anyone please take any action.. And don't use this delivery service please

PAN Card sent by Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd, vide bill no. AWB[protected], it is expected to be delivered by 02/12/2019 as per NSDL site. But till now I have not received. I have register complaint on trackon site on 04/12/2019 and get complaint no. C1105687 at 4.52 pm via sms. Today (05/12/2019) at 5.25pm I have receive a sms from trackon that AWB[protected] has been delivered on 05/12/2019. But till now I have not received my PAN Card. Kindly do the needful.

I extorted some goods on 25.11.2019.i had a conversation with my nearest courier agent that he would give me one tracking number for 257kg goods(11boxes).but he without my permission he make many tracking id and different date for sending, but all goods have not yet been received by turkey custom, i give him an invoice, but he make and sent the invoice as he wished.my customer wont to buy 300kg of goods per month, but he does so how will be buy from me.the main problems is the goods that have arrived in turkey or custom office are seeking export deceleration, now i want to show or mail him my all delivery reports and export deceleration that sign by indian custom officer.
i have attached courier charges bill, and that he sent me .
please help me by sending me all delivery reports and my export deceleration.

One of my friend had courier me the book for which they had approach to trackon courier ahmedabad on 14 november 2019 to pathankot, till dat i hav not receive the courier and no proper response has been received from them, i had tried to contact several times on their customer care but the courier remain undelivered, today i received a call stating that they found the courier now you have to come by yourself to collect it. Earlier they had not mentioned about collecting the courier from their place, as i am out of town and my father in law is ill and my mother in law is very old that she can't go there and collect the courier, there is no other family member in my family in pathankot who can go on my behalf to collect, now instead of finding the solution about this they are saying that they will not gonna deliver the courier but they will revert the same to ahmedabad.
It is he responsibility of the courier services that they should tell us before about the delivery of goods instead of that they are misleading us about the services with the malafied intentions of making money without providing any services n grabbing our money.

I have booked a consignment with tracking id: [protected] (From chandivali (Mumbai) trackon office to gurgaon) on 7th oct 2019.

While tracking on the website it showing the shipment has been returned (Rto) as the address was not found.

I have been following with your chandivali office then with sakinaka office and also with marol office of trackon couriers... I have also raised a complaint c1040803 online but no resolution.

Its been more than 2 months and so far there is no trace of the shipment and i am not getting any response.
Even i have requested, if the shipment is lost... Pls provide the letter stating the same (Which i can submit in my office)

Even people responsible in their regional office not lifting the calls (Vinod; operations manager), the customer service team also doesn't respond... They simply send an sms and that's it...

I have written a mail to all these id's (Uk. Bangera, bm. Sakinaka, skdutta, nitin. Pawar)

None responded

The tracking history says product delivered but i have still not received the product. I called guindy and perungudi branch but nobody is answering the call or the line is continuously busy. Very very poor service.. Kindly call me on [protected] for further information.
I called guindy branch in chennai but there was no response. I called perungudi branch and even there nobody answered my call or the line is continuously busy. The tracking history says that the product has been delivered to guindy branch after that they've not delivered it to my address.

Trackon Courier Not delivering my courier Consignment No: [protected]

The delivery boy never came to my house in South City 1 Gurgaon.

The Courier was sent from Patiala (Punjab) on Thursday and even after 5 days the courier is not yer delivered on Tuesday evening.

The courier company is lying and saying that deliver boy 2 times vsited the house and could not find anyone. The fact is we are in the house for whole week. No one ever visited and never delivery boy called us.

It is a court document and the customer care says the courier is going back and not giving any solution.

On customer care no one picks up phone call and no solution given by the company on email either.

Fraud company their license should be cancelled.

This is to bring into your notice one of your staff is not providing our pan card to resisted address and when we called him he responded rudely saying i am not responsible for the delivery at your place but we got the number in message of him [protected] our order number id AWB[protected]

we request you for fast reversal of this complaint as its matter of PAN card we have to submit to Govt Official

Any delay will not be acceptance, or we will raise this issue to higher level including social media platform

Worst ever service..! Consignment was booked from delhi to BikramGanj on 21/10/19. After aprox 1 month when I called to their excutive she to raise a complaint she told that within 2-3 days your consignment will be delivered.
After that I am trying to contact them on daily but there is no update from their side.
After 20-30 calls whenever they receive the call only asking to wait.
Its already more than 40 days gone but no updates where is my consignments.

It contains the keys of my house. I am living in relatuves house and hotels from last 3 weeks.

If it will not be found I have to break total 14 door locks and 4 cupboards locks which cost Aprox 15K.

Hi team, my courier was dispatched by nsdl on 5th november and i haven't received it till date. I tried calling the customer care and they are not answering. I suresh sharawat with tocken no[protected] Having address H no-238 Panna Dullan Bawana Delhi-110039 want to inform you that my pan has been delivered to unknown person for which It can be missuse respectfully I say to you plz provide me my pan or I will file a complain against your courier in court as per Ipc act under section375 & 420

Courier of details - [protected] not delivered till time. Even after i received message yesterday, the courier is not reached to concern person.

How is it possible??

As this is very important parcel, i am in big trouble.

I had applied for a pan card from income tax department, which was allotted to me by them and the card was sent by courier through trackon couriers.

Tracknon not delivering my pan card. I have been continuously following the consgingment since the day i got message that it has been despatched.
The status now shows out for delivery. Since 23rd november... No delivery yet.

Contacted local hub at chander nagar, ghaziabad,. They say packet has been lost

Very unprofessional answer from track on.

How can they say lost. It is a very basic document, which can be misused also.

I have been chasing up with trackon couriers by registering a complain but no one respond, my pan card is showing as delivered to destination but i have not received it yet. And they are not even bothering to respond to email or on call.

We requested for change request of pan dated 6july 2019.. The status of pancard says that it has been delivered on 6 aug 2019 but the card had not been recieved by us even 4 momths later that is now.
When we went to the agent he asked me to go the income tax office. But upon consulting income tax office it said that it has been delivered to the agent. But no one has recieved the pan card yet. I want to know to whom it has been deliverd and what is its status right now..
Pls kindly consider this matter and ask the concerned officers to get it delivered at my residence at earliest. Hoping a positive response.
