I have made a courier from kota to bhopal it has arrived bhopal before 5 days but yet not delivered at home what the pathatic services i have ever seen even speed post is far far better i am going to mark a upbhokta complaint against of this trackon courier service docket no. - [protected]
If it will not resolve as soon as posible this time i will mark a media complaint

I ordered s10 from ludhiana and my friend courier it to mumbai where i live and on the way somewhere trackon courier services opened my parcel and opened a brand new box and stole my new mobile and send me an empty box to me.

Consignment awb[protected] fm nsdl containing my pan card despatched on 31/07/2019 to sarup sircar, address as below. Tracking noted in last entry on 03/08/19 "indh indore hub : rto due to no
Service".
Complaint on 12/08/2019, ref c849069, was responded on 12/08/2019 by indore hub (+[protected] with suggestion to collect from their office in absence of service to pin code area.
On request that self was 73 years, she kindly agreed to deliver on 13/08 or 14/08 to my daughter dr shohini sircar (Mob: [protected]), sr consultant, gastroenterology dept, choithram hospital, manick bag road, indore 452014 an address visited by delivery personnel.
On reminder today told to give some time.

I have been following-up with trackon courier services for one of the parcels from 11th august but there was no update on delivery date. This parcel was dispatched on 8th august from baroda.

The landline at rajkot office was also not working so after much digging-up i got the contact mobile number where one lady confirmed on 12th august that you parcel will be delivered on 13th august at 11:00 am. I called-up on the same mobile number at 11:00am but no one was picking-up my phone. I constantly called-up as much as 20 times but still no on replied. I want to the rajkot trikon baug office and the lady staff replied that since it is lunch time we dont reply to phone. They denied to provide 1 single parcel and asked for only cash payment. There was no swiping machine also as the charges amount was big.

Lady staff are hired so that can give polite response to customer but this staff are very arrogant. They should immediately terminate such staff from the services.

We are paying money for service and if we dont get the parcel even after 5 days at our door step then what is the use of such kind of courier services.

It took trackon 6 days to send this parcel from baroda to rajkot. What a pathetic service.

I would always recommend to go with anjani courier services as they are swift and charge reasonable.

I have complained already that my courier was dispatched on 9.08.2019 but till today it has not delivered .
So please take action regarding this .and give a positive response.it is urgent.

Photo frame was sent in a courier from Ghaziabad to Vadodara and It was agreed bubble packing will be done before delivery but no packing was done and frame was completely broken in pieces when delivered. Company agents should not mention anything if they cannot deliver the courier safe and sound.

Consignment awb[protected] was intimated by nsdl for expected delivery on 09/08/19 thru. Sms on 31/07/19.
Trackon tracking report, last entry notes "03/08/19, indh indore hub :

Self, sarup sircar & wife was at home on 03/08/19.

Earlier pan cards issued by nsdl, pune sent thru. Speed post were delivered by rajendranagar po, pin 452012 at same address.

Request earliest delivery with intimation to [protected]

we require stop delivery and return us. Wealready informed kandivali branch and hyderabad.

But from last week no update and no revert.

I have urgently required it because of bank purpose company posted that they resolved my complaint but the reality is that company did not done any thing to resolve my compalint. I never see this kind of worst courier service.

A document tracking no.[protected] was booked from faridabad on dt.07.08.2019. But after passing three days there is no status about our packet. Even no status is shown after 08.08.2019 at tracking site. When we ask to trackon agency in kashipur, uttrakhand, they misbehave with me and abuse me. It is most essential document for me and my company's export consignment has been stopped due to this delay. After such type of pain agency misbehaving me and don't cooperate to track the document. What kind of service this is? Please take a strict action on kashipur, uttarakhand agency for misbehaving and update the system to ignore the delayed.

Sir etah trackon transport not deliver my parcel and he says you come and take it your parcel so plese sir you understand him and he deliver my parcel - and weekly 4-5 percel come here transport office and office distance minimum 3-4 km so how to take i am busy on my business so how to take

My friend shipped a parcel using trackon on 30 July 2019. Today its 8th Aug and I haven't received any call or package.
Such a slow delivery system. from last 7 days status is not updated and package is with lucknow team.

Such slow response is leaving bad impression on customer.

An important courier of my patient was dispatched from lab on 26th july, friday, 2019 has not reached destination etah till now.
The local office said the courier van has been confiscated by sales tax people at kasganj.
It was released 2 days back still i havent received courier. My hospital and my patient are suffering heavy loss. I request track on company to assure its delivery at the earliest

Hello,
Our shipment with cosignment no:[protected] is not delivered. But in your website it is showing as delivered. It is our company delivery address and we put seal and signature every time.

But your local customer service delivery hub people are very rude and unprofessional and they are not providing any update about the couriers.

We had reached to trichy hub contact number [protected] several times and they are not updating about the status. They simply state they could have made error. So what is the status of the shipment?

Trackon courier service is very bad... The person was not delivering my pan card since a week and when i asked him why no answer and talking very harshly...

Then i myself went to the lucknow aminabad trackon courier to get my pan card there a person named sujit kumar sharma... Such an # just arguing when i asked why he didn't deliverd my pan... He even abused and shouted in the market... And this behaviour is just totally intolerable... And so i want that some action should be taken against such fools destroying customer service and support

Dear sir, as per my courier no.[protected] delivered as on 27.07.2019 with signature but the problem is this courier not delivered to me and no one call me for pickup this consignment and as per given details of office no. And mobile no. Is not connect i m many time call on[protected]/[protected] but did not connect my consignment is very important for me so please check and send me courier boy no. And status of my consignment with which one pickup this consignment with name and no. Of receiving person other wise i will take a another action against trackon courier company
