Live saving drugs was sent to guwahati from paschim vihar, new delhi on 15th. July 2019 with awb no. [protected]. As the medicine was exhausted, the courier company at guwahati, assam was vigorously tried to contact but all the numbers were switched off. Till date the courier not delivered. It is very strange to note that a courier takes 10 days to reach guwahati, the capital city of assam. The company does not have the minimum sense of responsibility. On previous occasion also they did the same, when the courier was send to jorhat, assam. On approaching their vendor at jorhat with great difficulty, they said that they do not have door delivery service available. But the consignment was received by the courier company at delhi for delivery at the given adress. This is a bogus and cheating company (At least operating assam) without having sense of responsibility and reluctant to give service for which consumers are charged.

My urgent courier parcel reached to the courier delivery office but they refuse to deliver the parcel to destination. They said that collect the parcel from the office, given excuse that we have no delivery staff to delivery the parcel before 3 days.

Is it customer duty to collect the parcel from courier office, from customer company take the delivery charges also.

Very bad service

One courier was sent to me from mathura by this company via abw no.[protected] to agra on 17july2019 and on tracking it is reflecting from 5 days out of delivery but not delivered after 5days and no reply to my complaint to them nor i can contact to their contact number it is happening second time it is so worst company. They have not given any response nor they are bothering about it neither they acknowledge.

My parcel was booked on 15 jul 19 for pin code 530005. At 0936 hrs On 18 July 19 parcel was received on Visakhapatnam hub of trackon courier. But they called me at 1145 hrs and told me that ur address is out of delivery location of trackon courier. I requested them to deliver the parcel on my office address with pin code 530012. But they didn't deliver the parcel to my office address also. After doing many times call they pick up the phone and told me that parcel will go to auto nagar branch and I have to collect personally from office.
My complaint is that first courier should not be booked by company for out of delivery location and secondary 530012 (mulagada area, Gajuwaka ) is the main city location of Visakhapatnam. How it is possible that it is also out of delivery location.

I think its a fraud company run by fraud people. I have sent courier from hyderabad to bangalore on 15th july 2019 and they told me it will delivered by 16th july 2019. When i called them on 16th they told as it is not prime so it will take 48 hours. They could have mentioned this ealier. Later on 17 july also it has not delivered. Today is 18th that means it has crossed 60 hours also still don't know when it will be delivered.

Over all zero ⭐ to this company.

A docket vide no [protected] was sent from iiisla hyderabad to my address at arpan lajpatnagat, near lala lajpat rai sr. Sec. School pundag ranchi 834004, my contact no is [protected]. It was not deliver to me. On being inquiry from senders i get docket no. Through which i gathered that it was lying at your pundag branch with comments that not deliver due to clear address and contact no. Kindly note from 13th july i had a conversation with concerned person he stated that he will look the docket and inform me. But he didn't inform when i try to contact he didn't pickup the phone. When i call him with different number, he pick up and assured that he will deliver the docket monday evening. But once again failed to his promise. From yesterday to till today i call him, but he didn't received my call from mobile no [protected] & [protected]. Kindly arrange delivery of my document urgently.

Pls sir my pan card not delivered my home in trackon courier pvt ltd. This delivery boy calls me but not delivered my home delivery calls you collect trackon courier office. Sir pls my pan card delivery my home. I will complent sanjay kumar

A month ago i delivered a earphone from panipat to mohali i also pay extra money for fast delivery but my earphone cannot reach to receiver a month has done company do not giving me any update about my product i highly request to you plzz deliver my product or send it back to me it is a vivo orignal earphone white in colour and its price is around 3000 its to expensive for me plzz help me plz find my product

My pan card delivering awb number is[[protected]].
On trackon website says incomplete address (In fact they never call me). But my address is correct and i am always receiving my parcels. Even you can see my address on google.
How can you say that my address is incomplete? Because this address is an international company address

So please kindly check this part of particular awb number and do the fast delivered.

I had booked a courier form trackon couriers pvt. Limited on 14.06.2019 from panchkula to mumbai and it reached on 24.06.2019.
Showed out for delivery from 21.06.2019 but no contact from the company, no local working contact number for the office.
Very poor service as the box was badly damaged and looked like they put extra cellotapes on it just to keep from ripping apart. The complete integrity of the package was compromised. Before and after pictures are attached below.
After paying more than 3000 rupees i would have expected a a much better service overall.
Shamefull state of affairs.
Major changes required or should be shut down, taking customers for ride.

Trackon courier delivery hub refuses to deliver the govt document - pan card at door step and threatened that if i don't collect it from the courier office, they will return the document saying "recipient is unavailable"
When i asked why cant they deliver at door step, the agents reply was - its not a part of their service. Then gave me the excuse saying they will deliver if the address in a max of 3km. When i explained that my address is in 3 km range they said they cant come to my area for just one document.

Tried the trackon courier customer service, one number is not functioning and another number gets connected very rarely. I was lucky to get it connected twice and when i explained them the issue, they said they will make sure that the document will get delivered to me but refused to give me an acknowledgement no and kept me on hold for so long that finally i had hang up the phone after being on hold for 20-30 min. If they cant take complaint and provide a proper service - whats the use of their customer service?

The solution they're telling me please contact the same local hub which refused to deliver.

Please look into the issue and do the needful

This to inform you we have booked a courier via TRACKON COURIERS for Gurgaon from Baddi 173205 on 2nd July 2019 AWB no.[protected], now its been more then 7days, we have not receive the courier yet ., we have been continues calling Trackon Gurgaon, and they do not have any reliable answers
and now they have also stopped picking up our phone calls

Your courier man deliver my paid parcel at wrong address without verifying address, i'd proof... I called at trackon courier service centre many times but they didn't respond my call... I request you please deliver my parcel as soon as possible which is of 1850. I already paid for it.. And it's not an small amount

I have sent a packet to Gurgaon. Packet was not delivered, neither any call had been made to mentioned contact no. & return that packet with status " Address not found". All the courier services are available on the
given address. How can it be possible that address not found.
It is very urgent . Pls do the needful....

My pan card was sent for delivery through consignment no.[protected]. On tracking the status of the consignment it has been shown that the consignment /pan card is delivered with signature on 08/05/2019.
I have till this date not received article/pan card.
I wish to know to whom the pan card is delivered with signature. Please let me know the name of the person to whom the pan card is delivered. Pl sent me pod along with signature of the person to whom pan card is delivered.

I was to receive a courier from allen, kota which was shipped on 18th june from kota but till now not deleived to me by laheriasarai hub of trackon. Since a week they have my courier but still haven't delivered. I am in continuous talk with the hub but they previously they denied of any courier and now after they found my courier since 3 days they are making excuses and still not delivered. Now i am going to pick my courier. Worst courier service. Will never use your courier. 0 stars.[protected]. I request you to kick the officer at laheriasarai hub at benta chowk in bihar from his job. Really lazy and poor delivery. Extremely disappointed.

My pan card delivering AWB number is[protected].
In NSDL portal pan card delivering last date is[protected].
So please kindly check this part of particular AWB number and do the fast delivered.
Delivery person is not there because it will be late this is for the reason to late so it will late .
So I want the pancard delivery fast.

Dear all,

I am surprise that a courier booked (Pan card) awb no.[protected].
Shows the status delivered on 27.06.19 with signature, but the client not received the documents yet. Against this i call on daily 20 times they don't pickup my phone today when pickup ([protected]) a girl speak when i told the problem, she hold my phone after 1.22 seconds a person speak from behind (Koi topi pa de) and the girl say system not working call after 10 minutes (After that i call again and again but they dont reply (All recording for that phone i call in your office of recorded by me, i have no choice for this type of harassment so i go court against your company today is 02.07.19 if my problem solve with in 48 hours that's ok otherwise i go court against you & your company.
If possible then solve my problem as soon as possible

Pan card has been dispatched on 20-jun-2019 by trackon couriers pvt. Ltd vide airway bill no.[protected]. Expected to be delivered by 30-jun-2019.
